Sbarro — Restaurant in Henderson

Horrible employees. I was in line with nobody there to buy a piece of prepackaged carrot cake I sat on the counter. My husband had already told me in front of the cashier to get to a plce and sit down. This piece of cake was for my BIRTHDAY, mind you. I had a problem (with what turned out to be a fraud alert) with my samsung pay, so after it failed, I had kindly stepped aside and waived to let people go ahead of me before I tried the tap again (still not knowing it was a fraud alert). HOWEVER, the male employee REFUSED to let me just quickly try my tap to pay again and made me to go to the back of the line. I found it still didn't work after all the time standing when I should have been sitting already. I was shaking while on my feet due to a severe disability problem. If the employee had even bothered to pay attention and look at me, he would have seen this. My husband had said RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM THAT I NEEDED TO GET SOMEWHERE TO SIT DOWN.

I went to eat a lunch at a Cafe inside the casino. I tried again afterwards to grab a piece of carrot cake while people were away from the register this time, deciding on pizza slices. This time, a female employee told me to go back to the end of the line and wait. I was shaking even worse. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO CONSIDERATE PEOPLE THERE. Ordered from these folks twice online. First order i instantly got confirmation email and was ready in 20 minutes. 2nd time I ordered but did not get email. Went there 23 minutes later and they had not even begun my order. He started to make but even though 2 others were there to work he stopped making my pizza to wait on customers . Another 30 minutes later pizza finally out and I get confirmation it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago..... He said took longer because I ordered with extra bake......ummm......no, took longer because you hadn't even started order when I arrived. Not likely to cone back. It would be one thing if you were busy but there were no other customers who came except 1 casino employees and you had 3+ workers there. Wow.......order confirmation said ready at 1:50....

Why are the pre baked slices coming out of the oven and falling into the counter! Unsafe practices. And when I told the young lady, she moved it and put it back on the tray with the rest of the pizza. Cross contamination. Someone will eat that slice today. The slice was already part way in the oven when I noticed she sat it on the counter like whatever. Furthermore, the tongs are just sitting out in air uncovered. They are used to pick up the slices of pizza from the rotating oven. Educate your staff. And hiire individuals who WANT TO WORK. You never know whos in your...
