Subway — Restaurant in Henderson

Pro: Very friendly line service and good quality subway products. Con: I had dinned in at around 6:30 pm and I was drinking sweet tea. I didn't even fill up my glass completely but I knew they were busy so I slowly drank my tea. After the rush I asked if they could make more sweet tea, to which i was told to try the lemonade tea and I told her I don't really like lemonade. She sighed and asked if there was any unsweetened tea and there was so she asked if i needed sugar or sweetener. I was upset about this because they don't close till 10;30 and they were low on regular tea as well. When she brought up the sugar packets she muttered under her breath "yeah well, if I brew tea now how much would I throw away?" sorry you weren't ready for your dinner rush but tea should be brewed every 4 hours because it sits out...

It's so sad that this one is even still open. It's like on one hand it has a drive-thru but on the other hand the window where you order doesn't even work. Board doesn't look like it's been updated in years. You better know ahead of time what you want when you pull up to order because there's nothing to reference. Chances are they don't offer it or don't have it either way. I guess we can blame Covid for the fact that they don't offer breakfast or are always out of whatever you want. Staff is hit and miss and it's just terribly dirty looking place. I hadn't stopped at this one in maybe a yr but the other one closes early and I thought I'd try again here. Over...

Every single time that I’ve ever gone to the subway, it has been a disappointment. It makes no sense why one subway a mile down the road it’s so much better and can get orders right. I ordered a sandwich that is supposed to have double cheese on it and had no cheese at all with very little sauce on it.
