I don't usually do these kind of reviews, but today felt like I just got a $1 worth of burrito stolen,, I ordered cheese, bean, and rice burrito with no creamy jalapeno,, instead they gave me beefy burrito I don't even know what it is,,, if the manager of this location really cared about their location,, they need to retrain their employees because not only they given me the wrong burrito, they have crossed contaminated foods with most of the stuff we ordered, there was lettuce and tomato in my chicken quesadilla and no tomatoes on the soft tacos, I know that's Nevada health code in the food industry to not cross contaminate foods especially if someone had a food allergen.
Nevada law protects food from cross-contamination through a number of regulations, including:
Preparing raw animal food: Prepare raw animal food in separate areas or at different times.
Cleaning and sanitizing: Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils as approved.
Fail to change gloves between handling different foods and etc...
I have worked in the food industry, this would have been a F for the health department, maybe some of your employees don't have the food handlers card, who knows but they need to be aware of what they are cross contaminating,,, you never know if someone could be in great danger to a food allergy. I would genuinely love to speak to the manager about the mistake and get my moneys...
Read moreOkay, this is a long time coming and it will probably be a long review but I NEED to recognize everyone who works here. I apologize in advance for getting personal. I love this Taco Bell. If any of the night shift employees are reading this i’m sure they recognize my name from the crazy amount of times I ordered from Dec-Feb. I had my baby in October and like a lot of moms I developed postpartum depression. My ppd made it very hard for me to eat but one thing that I could always go for was Taco Bell. Almost everyday after work I would place a mobile order and my husband would pick it up, I literally think I would have ended up malnourished if Taco Bell didn’t exist haha. Everyone at this location is very friendly but there is one specific guy who works the window often in the evenings but I don’t know his name. He wore a hoodie a lot during the months we came frequently and he is the nicest human on Earth. He deserves a raise or a promotion or something. He still remembers us when we come every once and awhile these days and greets us like an old friend. The food is always great but it’s the employees who really make the experience in my opinion. If you are in need of some mean nachos or a delicious burrito I definitely recommend this location. Thank you all, you helped me tremendously in a very hard time and I am...

My faith has been restored. I wrote this place off because the morning crew was ROUGH for a long time and I frequented for work breakfast. The morning lead, a shorter philipino woman, was always rude as well.
Recently it has been much better. I usually try to go when I know the manager Sandra is there because she runs a tight ship. Order is always right and food is hot.
I also go late at night sometimes. I want to acknowledge the guy who works the night window frequently, Diego. He has to be the friendliest and most professional staff member I've seen there. Excellent customer service skills, and all around seems like a great employee. He has even recommended me items that he enjoys that he thinks I would enjoy, and given me the scoop on new refreshments and stuff. He is 11/10, keep it up brother.
The only reason my rating isn't higher is because of niche instances. Sometimes the red haired girl working night window gets my order wrong and has dropped my debit card acting like she doesn't want to interact. There was another time where a random person was working the window and as I was waiting for my food, the night cooks were yelling and kept approaching the window. That was a one off event, but was unsettling and I didn't trust the food...
