Sunridge Park — Attraction in Henderson

I recently visited Sunridge Park and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The park is incredibly well maintained, with lush greenery and clean pathways. As a sports enthusiast, I was thrilled to find a large football/soccer field, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and even two baseball fields. The variety of sports facilities available here is truly impressive.

One thing that stood out to me was the abundance of covered seating areas. Whether you're looking to relax and enjoy a picnic or simply take a break from the sun, there are plenty of shaded spots to choose from. The park also offers restroom facilities, which, while not the most luxurious, are decent enough considering they are park restrooms. It's important to keep in mind that the bar for park restrooms is generally set quite low.

It alright, though there trash here and there, I walked my dogs out there one day and my dog picked up a chicken bone that was left on the grass! Tankfuly I got it out of her mouth before she ate it another thing People not picking up after there dogs witch is very annoying and irresponsible, if you bring a dog to the park the park it's you're responsibley to pick up after them there's dog bag around the park it's not that had to do this, same goes to people that don't throw trash away or some one's dog will get hurt like mine almost did and keep your dog on a leash!. Enjoy 2 hours at this park with my family as we watch my grandson play flag football and one of their fields. Also was able to bring my dog, as it is a pet friendly park. Doggie poop bags are available but always bring your own. Nice walks. Park has a couple baseball fields, couple tennis fields and a couple of pickleball fields. It also includes a small but nice playground for children next to the bathrooms that are nicely clean. Oh also saw a couple of sand volleyball courts. The only problem that I found was the parking. Even though we found parking pretty quick, it felt like it was overwhelmed by cars parked...
