Wendy's — Restaurant in Henderson

There has been 2 occasions where I have been to this location and there is an African American lady who is rude as hell. before anybody says anything I'm African American myself.. she is quick to cut you off and she tells you what you are and aren't having.. I asked for a spicy nuggets with my biggie bags and she told the cashier who's taking my order they aren't doing that. I can hear her in the background she was loud. she hands me my food without even looking at me or saying anything. Because I took both bags but didnt tug in acknowledging manner that I had them she then looks and ask if I have both bags. Well of you were looking at me to begin with you would know i do and she almost tossed my card at me saying here. She is the only rude one I have ever encountered at this store. because of this I'm not coming back. I get we all have bad days but this is the second time I've come across her and she's treated me the same way. It's absolutely ridiculous to work in customer service and not have customer service. although I do not spend an astronomical amount of money here I do spend my money here. My drink was supposed to be a large and she gave me a small and it was flat. I asked for a receipt and all of a sudden the machine dont work. They weren't busy. There was only one car in front of me. Its Christmas Eve and she's acting like the Grinch. Smh hope she has a better rest of the year but I won't know because I'm not...

Because of yesterday's breakfast experience I have to just brand this location as spectacular. The weekday morning crew. I don't know who hired these fine people but well done. Joe, I ordered my typical breakfast baconator online through the app, but I knew I was on the cusp of lunch so I wanted to try something different cuz there's a item that isn't on the menu. I like the breakfast baconator, but I would prefer if it had a burger patty instead of the sausage. I know I'd be pushing my luck if at say 6:30 a.m. I try to get a breakfast baconator with a burger Patty that might be a little tough but at 10:25 that's more of a possibility. So I ordered The breakfast baconator online with the extra cheese sauce. I go inside to pick it up and ask him if they prepared my meal yet he says they haven't. So I request the burger patty since sure we can sub the sausage for the burger. Patty waited for it to come out and it was amazing. Actually to say it was amazing is an extreme understatement. It was beyond amazing. It was blindingly good. It was so good that I had to take a step back from it. I wasn't even able to finish it. I was just too messy and too cheesy and the sandwich was too big but it's definitely worth the five stars.

Went back for round 2. It was better. Don't get extra cheese sauce. But make sure you go...

Had a rather unpleasant experience at the Wendy's located in Henderson NV location today, which incidentally marks both my first and last visit. The lunch outing turned into a case of food poisoning. The exterior of the store is far from inviting, adorned with conspicuous black, baked-on grease stains—particularly egregious near one of the side doors and the guest entrance walkway.

Upon entering, the state of disarray continued. The multi-soda dispenser, in particular, left much to be desired, resembling a urinal with soda stains from various brands. It's unclear whether the establishment has a regular cleaning schedule akin to what I've observed at McDonald's in Florida, or if this is a peculiar situation in Las Vegas.

This visit marked my second and final one. I would have included more pictures if I thought management would be receptive. However, if I observe no efforts to address and remedy these issues upon a future visit, I won't hesitate to escalate the matter—whether through a call to OSHA or the Nevada Health Department.

In hindsight, Panera up the street next to the airport seems like a more appealing choice than this...
