China Dynasty — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Update 03/10/2024: dined in and everything was great! Had a separate takeout order for my husband (generals chicken) and again it tasted like soap!!!! What is going on?? He threw the whole thing away again. Very frustrating. For this happening twice now, I’m removing a star.

Edit: the last couple of times the food quality has gone down. The beef with veggies was not at all good, the general’s chicken tasted soapy. We threw both meals away. Hopefully they start getting it together again!

This is easily the best Chinese spot in this area! We do not like the yellow rice they call “fried” on the side, and we learned that their 10 ingredient fried rice is the REAL fried rice, so order that if you have had the same issue :) This place just doesn’t disappoint!...

Terrible experience at this place. The man working there was extremely rude and had an awful attitude towards my entire family. He threw menus and knocked things over just because a couple seated themselves and grabbed their own menus. Completely unprofessional! The hot and sour soup tasted like dirty dishwater, and while the short ribs were okay, the awful attitude of the male staff member completely ruined the meal. I’ve never been a fan of this place, but my family wanted to go, and I was quickly reminded why I will NEVER return. I want to give 5 stars for all categories but the white dude needs to learn some chill. It gets busy sometimes especially on rainy days. We get it and are prepared to wait and have no small talk. But simply being rude or maybe just flustered isn't good service doesn't appetize me isn't good for anyone. He just needs to learn some chill some zen if ya will. We get it. It's okay. So CHILL... the Asians rule if it weren't for the one single white guy there ruining the experience I'd give 5 stars in every section. I almost gave a 3 star but I gave a 4 due to maybe it's just an off day or something for the fellas. But damn giving white dudes a bad rep for not being able to...
