Taco Fiesta Mexican Kitchen — Restaurant in Hendersonville

11/3/25 Now, with the time change and darkness closing in even earlier, we chose to drive for what continues to be the finest Mexican cuisine anywhere, right here in Horseshoe, NC. Karina, has such a bright smile and quick sense of humor it makes the evening that much more enjoyable. Tonight the specialty cocktails stole the show with a White Russian Pumpkin Spice that was just like having dessert before dinner but the chicken and steak fajita proved they would not be outdone. It’s the Best! 🤩 4/25 Update: So good it’s worth the ride. The Ecusta has weathered the storm and has come back silky smooth and ready to ride. And where to ride to? Taco Fiesta!!! In Horseshoe. It’s truly a great place to stop and refresh while riding or hiking on the trail. Delicious and unique! Just when I thought I’d had it all, this little Mexican restaurant raised the bar on excellence. The menu choices are traditional but the flavors are delectable! We were out with our best friends tonight but I feel like we’ve made a discovery and I will be back for takeout...

We visited hendersonville and stopped in for a bite. We were a larger party (9) and expected to wait a little. We waited about 5 minutes for a table which was great! The hostess was young and kind however stayed on her phone the whole time (maybe I am old school) I just think phones should be put up at work...that's my opinion and neither here or there... Our waiter worked his heart out, he treated us and didn't visibly cringe when we said separate checks, we stated that up front so he could keep it all right from the getgo. The chips and bean dip was a great! They give you chips and bean dip and then they have a salsa bar so you can serve yourself (they need bigger salsa cups 🙂). I'm going to start off by saying NEVER AGAIN. My family of 5 visited for lunch today. Nobody greeted us and we stood around waiting to be seated. The employees were unwelcoming and seemed to have an attitude while saying stuff in spanish. We were intentionally seated at a booth for 4 people. We look over and there were 3 people seated at a table for 6. ???? My older children moved to the booth next to us so we could all fit comfortably. Our drink order was taken and drinks were brought but it took forever for the waitress to come back and take our food order. Once the food came, the guy didn't even bother telling me that the plate was extremely hot. I grabbed it to pull it closer and burned my fingers. One of the waitresses saw it and didn't say anything. The food wasn't even that good so I don't understand why people...
