Boba is fine but service is poor. I always tip at places that allow for tips on their screen, but Im done with it at this location, until they show they can give devent seevice. TIPS - To Insure Prompt/Proper Service. Ive had multiple issues here and still tipped, today ordered 2 drinks, there was 1 customer behind me, then a minute or 2 after we both order (and are waiting) a 3rd customer comes in and orders. They make my first drink and set it aside, then they make the drink of the person who ordered after me, and its a completely different drink, cuz I could understand if we ordered the same drink they just measure for 2 drinks instead of 1 for efficiency, but its different. So she gets her drink. Then something happens with the system, the person who ordered last, her drink tix doesnt print so they panic a bit look for it, after a couple of minutes they just ask her what she had, and they rush making it, in front of everyone elses. At least 5 minutes pass between my 1st drink just sitting there and them making her drink, then shortly after she gets her drink I get my drinks. So the 2 people who ordered after me get their drinks first, one of whom ordered several minutes after me. I get it first world problems, boohoo I get my drink a few minutes late, not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, but as more and more places ask for TIPS, I just ask for some basic...

We stood there for more than half an hour as we saw 30+ drinks being made. There was one order that had 7 of the same drink and another with 5 of the same drink. Then those drinks just sat on the counter, waiting to be picked up. We had just ordered two simple drinks while there was literally all those drinks just sitting on the counter. We were there long enough to watch an entire episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Given that it was busy, it was understandable that it took awhile, however I think they should prioritize the people that were standing in the shop waiting for a drink, rather than making drinks that were just going to sit on the counter.
To clarify, the low rating is primarily for a system that does not prioritize small orders for people that are standing in the shop waiting for drinks while the staff makes huge batch orders that are just sitting on the counter waiting for pick up. Read moreI had ordered my drink at 3:11:46 pm, June 12th. There were two young ladies ( they were together) before me, and a gentleman, who had a DoorDash order. There weren't a lot of people yet, but service was extremely slow. More people (4) came slowly in during my wait, which was a long one. I did not get my order until 3:35 pm. What was really upsetting was not the long wait, but that a customer, who came in after me, the two young ladies and the DoorDash customer got her order before us.
