Starbucks — Restaurant in Hercules

went in for a coffee and sandwich. I ordered a dark coffee (which they'd stopped brewing i know) and they offered a pour-over which I gladly accepted. The sandwich came, still no coffee. I waited to pick up my sandwich so I could enjoy them together but after many minutes I decided my sandwich would get cold if i wanted too long. The black apron finally noticed my abandoned coffee cup was poured wrong, dumped it out and started over. Still no coffee. She re-brewed it but apparently there were grounds in it, and dumped that out too. Still no coffee. Then she brewed a 3rd time, and from what i could tell it didn't make enough so she brewed some more on top of it to fill my cup up. Only a few patrons were in the store, but it took me nearly 15 minutes to get a damn cup of coffee!!!!! I had long- finished my sandwich already. I thought for sure I'd get a sincere apology as to why it took so damn long to get a cup of dark roast at 1:30 in the afternoon... but all I received was a terse "sorry for the wait".. as if it's normal for this wait time. Ugh. Grow up Starbucks. You're still in the service world, or did you forget that??

1 star because the coffee was indeed good, but I've had better interactions at Subway...

WHIPPED CREAM CUP

To cut calories, I replaced my frappuccino treats with espresso. However, I've found I don't enjoy a double espresso unless the cup is filled the rest of the way with whipped cream. So I'm pretty sure it's not a low-cal drink when served like this. But it's delicious.

This Starbucks is much bigger than both of my regular locations. There was lots of seating available. It seemed very open and bright and it was clean. Service at the counter was fast and friendly. My drink had all the extra whipped cream that I had asked for. Husband's white chocolate mocha was...

I love this place but the crew and staff in this location is totally un respectful, un friendly they are not the same of the other Starbucks around this area is friendly . I totally observe how they handle the customer I feel they treat only nice for there regular customer every morning,they look tired always there are not HAPPY WHAT THEY DO . "PUT LOVE WHAT IS YOUR JOB" specially your serving people, and they not aware in there surroundings they don't maintain the cleanliness outside and inside Starbucks specially the 🚻...
