I don’t know what it is lately but anytime I come here and have a modification to my drink the baristas are either super confused or super rude. I don’t get it. Went and got my kid a drink and their caramel hazelnut shaken espresso but instead of caramel I asked for white mocha. They proceeded to make the drink with only hazelnut then came to the window and asked if I wanted cream. I told them I wanted the caramel shaken espresso made with white mocha instead of caramel. The barista turned around and repeated what I’d said to another barista acting as if I’d just said something incredibly stupid. So I attempted to clarify to her again as she ignored me and continued talking about me and my order to the other barista. When her confusion ended she finally put the lid on and gave me my drink. Tastes not great but I’m not shocked after all that. This location is only good for their bright energy. That’s about it. Not a good interaction to have as your first one of the day. And def not a good cup of espresso to...

I had a really great experience here! The barista was new, and my drink tasted a little off, but when I mentioned it, they were super nice about it and happily remade it without any fuss. I think it might have been because they had a little trouble hearing me when taking my order near the box, but they were really communicative and made sure everything was right. I really appreciated how kind and professional they were it showed they genuinely care about their customers....

They got almost our entire order wrong, and what wasnt wrong didnt taste good, we asked for the Candied Peppermint and they gave us a Granita with peppermint powder, and I got a blended java chip that is advertised to have chocolate drizzle and it didnt nor could I taste any chocolate, and we got a hot Macadamia Dream that tasted like warm milk. When we said our peppermint drink was wrong the girl at the window said "oh" and then didnt offer to make us the right drink...
