Countless orders and always something wrong or missing. Though never let it get to me. However when 45 minutes after placing an order for delivery. I received a phone call regarding my order. After having the phone brought to me by my wife. I place it to my ear only to hear what appears to be a 12 year old boy asking me if I am indeed Mr Williamson. I replied yes that I am and what might be the issue. Then smug sounding preteen proceeded to tell me how my request for change of a $100 bill for my sixty some odd dollar meal was unacceptable. Then insinuated he was some sort of authority figure amongst the other Munchkins in Munchkin Hut and how his drivers don't do this and don't do that and he is going to have a talk with all of his drivers all the while I am having trouble focusing as I have come to the conclusion that this little fella bless his heart was indeed all the more happy to tell me this. He in turn offered no answers to the problem at hand only to continue to rant of in a tantrum like manner over 30 some odd dollars in change 10 of which was going to the driver. I must say It seems as though the fairly young sounding and undoubtedly insecure young man drew some sort of satisfaction of throwing his "for lack of a better word" weight around I almost wanted to pay this establishment a visit. If for nothing else but to bend that little guy over my knee but better judgement did prevail There is no doubt that this was my last ever experience with this place. Read moreI ordered a pizza and cookie last night around 10:15. The person who took my order said it would be 20 minutes to prepare. 5 minutes later, I called back to order cheese sticks. She answered the phone, told me to hold on, and never came back to the phone. I got there around 10:40. My initial order was ready and sitting in the warmer. No one was up front to take my payment or give me my order. 5 minutes later, the cook comes up and lets the manager know that I’m there. She came up front while on the phone with someone who sounded like they worked there too. They seemed to be having an issue with an order showing delivery by one of the drivers when it was really an uber order. The manager still said nothing to me. The cook asked her again, “Are you going to take care of the customer?” She still said nothing to me and soon went to the back, still on the phone. The cook asked her again and I had to send my card back to her through him. He is the only reason I was able to walk out after 20 minutes of waiting. Read moreWe order pizza from here a lot and it’s always good. I am leaving a review specifically for the manager, Lashonda. Almost every time I go up there, she’s there and she’s always so nice, even when she’s extremely short staffed and busy. Recently, I placed an online order for my son’s party at school and when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t in the system so obviously the pizzas weren’t made. I explained the situation to Lashonda and she apologized for the inconvenience, she asked what I ordered and she told me she would go make them right then and that she would bring them to my car as soon as they were ready, which was about 10 minutes in hopes that I could make it to my son’s party on time. She did exactly as promised and I was right on time to the party, thanks to her. She didn’t have to go above and beyond like that for me, but she did and I greatly appreciated that. I talked to her again tonight when I went to pickup an order and she was so pleasant.
