If youâre going to serve the customer cold, old food, disclose that upfront and give the customer a choice in the matter. If youâre going to serve the customer cold, old food, donât charge the full price of hot, fresh food. No apologies from management whatsoever and they just left me sitting outside waiting in vain after I asked for a refund. This is so lowdown and disrespectful! This is just another example of how this new generation of lazy, shiftless, careless and entitled folks have RUINED society and continuously give people like me more reasons to stop patronizing these type of companies who no longer value the customer. This is just one more reason why I no longer feel any type of way about these type of businesses inevitably closing down and going out of business because they continuously hire trifling employees who donât give a damnâŚand it shows. She clearly needs help. The corporate office was notified with ALL of the texts. She is currently a car hop/ manager. Tonight my daughter went to sonic and was met by Ashlie in the parking lot while she was sitting in her car waiting on her order. Ashlie started screaming at her telling her âshe shouldnât be thereâ and âdonât come backâ. Customers started driving off without their food due to this employees behavior.    Read moreSo I just ordered 7 shakes. 5 mini classic shakes, one medium oreo cheesecake, and medium m&m blast with extra m&ms (charged 30 cents for extra) after being told they had a lot of ice cream orders so it would take a little long. I waited for about 25 minutes so she brings the shakes out but only brings 6. My total was $20.31 I gave her $25 she gave me $3.69 which should have been $4.69. So after all this I get home (less than a mile from Sonic) to realize my shakes are all melted and my m&m blast with extra m&ms only had about 8 mini m&ms.
