Beware. Bad experience here. Had my son attempt to trade a game in today. As the transaction was being handled, he texted me that the value seemed really low for the game, and I confirmed that it was too low, and not to trade it. My son, having never traded in a game before, was not informed that once he signed the pad that his "rights to the game" would be waived. Even though we asked for the transaction to be voided, Rebecca and Savannah claimed that they could not. I asked for someone to call the manager or district manager. They called their manager Evan, and he confirmed there was nothing they could do, and refused to give me the name and number of the district manager. I called corporate and they said they couldn't help because it was a store level issue. In 2024, what kind of business can't reverse a transaction where the ink on the receipt isn't dry...

Best GameStop I've been to in years. Just retired out of the military, moved to Mississippi, and been all around the states and over seas. I've been to a lot of Gamestop's and I have to say, the employees here really make you feel at home. Thanks for being awesome Tyler and Billy!
