Horrible management. Corporate needs to step in and fire the manager here.
Editing to add detail because I saw your comically incomplete attempt at addressing my review: we have previously ordered from this location many times (keep this in mind), and it's usually good, but recently we had an experience so egregious that I have to say something.
We ordered a pizza last week and it was taking forever to be sent out for delivery. After about 40 minutes of waiting, we got a notification that Doordash would be fulfilling the order. Not ideal, but whatever.
Shortly after this, the Doordash driver called us to ask if we could update the delivery address because his app was showing the Pizza Hut's own address as the final delivery address. We gave him the correct address over the phone, then watched the delivery tracker status change to "returning to store".
At this point, it had been over an hour and a half since we ordered and we were upset. We called the store, repeatedly asked to speak to a manager, and finally got through. The manager had the gall to blame us for putting in the wrong address (which, how could we?? There is no scenario where we would ever mis-type our own home address as your store address). As I mentioned, we've ordered from this location many times in the past.
The thing that really made my blood boil is that during this call, the manager asked my husband, "why did you do that?" referring to putting in the wrong address. No "I'm sorry for the delay", no "we are so busy tonight", just aggressiveness, hostility, and outright accusing us (the customers who have a vested interest in getting food delivered quickly) of messing up our own home address.
In short, their app and/or their Doordash integration messed up and the troglodyte manager blamed us for it and made absolutely no effort to make it right, costing us $70 (including the tip!).
We still have not been refunded nor heard back from corporate about a refund and we won't be ordering from here again. I hope this awful manager has the day...
Read moreTruly NOT your Family-friendly Pizza Hut and DEFINITELY NOT known for made-to-order pizza....
Despite the new renovated facility, I know the restaurant staff, their attitude, and their services need a serious renovation readjustment. Avoid this place. You receive better service, attitude, and true American customer service at any of the other restaurant chains.
I took my family to this restaurant at 10:22 pm, and the manager as well as his server stated the dining room was closed. We only wanted to dine one slice from our pizza order. They do not exemplify customer service or hospitality. If the dining area is truly closed, where is the sign stating this one-way understanding?
Sunday hours are from 11 am - 11 pm, not Sunday dining room from 11 am - 9 pm and deliveries from 11 am - 11 pm.
What's more insulting is manager cannot listen carefully how to build my pizza. I ask for meat lovers pizza, not pepperoni only pizza. This franchise unit has a manager who doesn't know how to listen and build a customer's order. Second, the server doesn't know what she's talking about nor was she included in the discussion.
You would think based from those reviews that this restaurant is a legitimate food chain unit, but chain unit is a terrible example of Pizza Hut's values and standards. I'm surprised this store is still in business based from these substandard reviews.
If you witness similar services from this particular restaurant, please write your reviews. The more people who know, the more people will...
Read moreI’m leaving a 2-star rating mainly because the person who answered the phone was nice. However, the pizza was terrible, and I'm not interested in getting free food because it's not about the money for me. The worst part was the driver, Surinder. He showed up with an unfriendly, angry expression. The pizza was cold, and the drink was warm because he clearly didn't grab it from a cooler. I tipped $4 on my credit card and typically, I would tip more in cash depending on the driver’s attitude, which is why I prefer using DoorDash—they're at least polite, not like him. When he saw my last name was Indian, he suddenly became polite, but it felt sarcastic given his initial angry approach. I know it’s because of the $4 tip, but he has no idea how many years I worked in the pizza industry myself. It's unacceptable to deliver cold pizza, warm drinks, and a pizza that's unevenly topped. And no, I’m not interested in any free food. This experience is exactly why people don’t order directly from pizza places anymore—they have drivers like this. I paid $5.65 for delivery, tipped $4, and spent nearly $50 on the order, and in return, I got a driver who was upset over the tip, cold pizza, and warm drinks. It’s a shame. After this, I’ll stick with Papa John's and use the DoorDash app. At least their drivers don’t show up looking irritated like this one. If he is not happy with his job then he shouldn't be pissed worh customers. My calling my last name in the end and being sycastic I am not a child. He should...
