Pupuseria Doña Azucena — Restaurant in Herndon

There's always dislike when it comes to service, a couple or maybe 3 waitress are the only ones who always really pay attention to your order and are also fast, but what we have noticed (my wife and I) is that I don't know if there's a new cook who's learning how to make pupusas or is just a lazy worker, the last two times we've been here the pupusas revueltas looks like a Yin yang, beans on one side of the pupusas the cheese in the other side and the chicharrón the same... I mean this place have a really nice location, an excellent clientele the only reason I think it has survived until now it's because of their pupusas de Arroz, other than that nope, but if they keep doing Yin yang we gonna have to look for another place to eat pupusas as an example the pupusa local in sterling is really good I was there this morning with my wife, service excellent, food excellent, ambience excellent, really clean and nice looking place... Another thing to mention, if you need to use the restroom in this place good luck! Most of the time is out of service, the service nowadays has improved some because of the new waitress, but there's still a couple that suck really bad, if you're not gonna be able to provide good service look for another career, when you ask for something they just roll their eyes, lady, excuse me, but you are being paid to provide good service to the costumers, they are paying your salary, I work in the food industry also, and I've been doing so for over a decade now, I know how it works, I am not front of the house type person, I work in kitchens, but still I bet you I know how to provide a better service than these ladies at this place, CLARIFICATION, not all waitresses are the same, there's some that will provide...

Very bad service. I make a order to go and when I got home my food wasn’t there, I called the waitress and I ask for my money back on my credit card but she said they can’t return the money on food and she ask me to pass next day for the restaurant for a new orden. Next day I passed and when I got home “again” wrong food. I called again I said my food is wrong again I can’t go but my husband he said that he’s on the area and he can go. He pass 3 hours after and the waitress said that the manager who name is Wendy told her to trash the food because I didn’t return the wrong food they give me already and now I have to pay “again” for my food. This people know nothing about customer service, they always get the orders wrong and when you bring it to their attention they are rude and tell you they can not reverse a charge that they can only give you credit, completely unacceptable beware take your business elsewhere it doesn’t worth your your headache, clearly this is how they operate as this is not the only review about the same issues, the owners should be more aware of how their employees treat their clients, I have enough of this last time I had this issue when I called the lady who answered the phone was yelling on the phone in response to my complaint how dare they treat customers like, there many other places where you can get better food and customer service, I am giving one star because...
