I asked the waitress if she "UNDERSTANDS" "WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT" the blooming fried onion, instead, she said she doesn't serve it, I had to ask her if she "UNDERSTANDS" "WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT" she would not respond to my question accordingly, but she would speak so many worthless words that lead me so tired,
so I requested "WAITRESS TO BE CHANGED" she would speak the same worthless "HERSELF-SOAKED" speaking incessantly so worthless words that garbages me to extreme tiredness. Even when I requested "THE WAITRESS TO BE CHANGED" she was more than 4 times, she was still speaking "WE DON'T SERVE IT." how she does not even care to listen to what the customer's needs are!
The manager or whatever the man came, he was the same incessant worthless words touring out telling me "WHAT IS THE ISSUE?" I told him I just got off my work and I am very tired and I told him the waitress was not able to communicate accordingly, but since he came I asked him if "I COULD ORDER MY FOOD?" He repeated the same worthless words "SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE?" I had to repeat myself again, I just got off my work and I am extremely tired, so can I order my food now? He would repeat the same worthless question again,
He was the same worthless incessant out-put only speaking, instead resolving the problem, simply to take an order and leave me alone, then, I could be relax, but the man made me extremely tired by speaking worthlessly all the gainful words repeating the same on and on and on, I had to leave that my mind was so fed up with their worthless incessant selfish careless too much only out-putting speaking.
I have never been in a restaurant like this. Whatever the waitress say to him is her self defence for her job, whatever the customers will say is the customer is not happy with the waitress, the man has zero-problem solving skills that even when I asked him I wanted to order my food, instead taking an order, he would make myself repeat the same again and again.
Even when I told him I just got off my work and I am tired, and I want to order my food twice, he did not care it at all, but he also was so himself-soaked and make me even the worse extremely tittles and made me leave in worse tiredness than when I first came in.
So I went to the next restaurant "UMI," the workers there were totally different, at first I thought of going there, but I chose Fridays for I like American foods better, I will never go back to this Friday in Herndon never again.
The next restaurant people spoke nothing of their own, they listened to me and communicated accordingly what my needs were, did not give me any stresses as the Friday workers did do me "SELF-SOAKED OUT-PUT SPEAKING ONLY, NEVER LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS"
UMI was not my first choice and it is still not my first choice even now, but I was able to relax there from all my tiredness including from the Friday, I was refreshed and pleased,
UMI is still not at my first choice even now, I will go to UMI again next time whenever I get off my work and want to be relaxed and refreshed, I will take my friends to UMI to have a good time together.
Fridays in worldfate, in Herndon, I will never go back...
Read moreYou dont have to go to Disney world to see Mickey Mouse anymore because you’ll get free entertainment from one NEXT to your table for free now (sorry you have to over pay for it now because the waiter gets frustrated while taking your order and brings full on entrees). Me and my friends wanted to go out to a restaurant for the first time after covid and relax so we went to TGI which was probably one of the biggest mistake I made. We went there and the waiter took 4 of our 6 people group’s order wrong. He seemed super frustrated. We waited more than 35 mins to get our food out a d again he messed up my order VERY wrong. I don’t have an accent nor a lisp or anything and he didn’t understand a word. I told him specifically that I dont eat BEEF so please DONT get me the slider or anything of sort. Instead he brings up cheeseburger sliders which I couldn’t eat. Now as soon as we started eating we were greeted by this mouse running around the back of our table. We had to sit on top of our chairs with our feet where you sit to avoid it. We called our waiter a s he said the doors open what do you expect? Called the manager over and he said I dont what to do call animal control? (Btw he wasn’t saying he was asking us what to do).
We got our checks and of course my check was way wrong. I told them specially what I wanted and he said that’s what I ordered. Btw didn’t eat it and had to pay $70. For a meal for one person. Does that sound right? I don’t think so either. We told the guy just give us our checks so we can leave.
No remorse from the manager or the waiter. Seriously? Yoy got the orders wrong either do something about the check. Also a damn mouse in a restaurant? Thanks for making our first dinner out of covid something to remember TGI by. Never going back. And I do expect a refund for the food I never ate and have to leave in a hurry because of...
Read moreTGI Friday’s has long claimed to be a go-to casual dining spot, but after my recent visit, it’s clear the only thing they’re serving with consistency is mediocrity.
I ordered the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta, hoping for at least a modest kick of flavor. What I received was a bland, uninspired pile of noodles coated in something that only loosely resembled Alfredo sauce. There was no hint of Cajun spice—no depth, no seasoning, no soul. The sauce was so flavorless it made me question whether dairy was even involved in its creation. I've had Great Value jarred Alfredo with more character. That's not an exaggeration—it's a damning comparison.
As for the breadstick that came with the meal, it was equally forgettable: dense, flavorless, and suspiciously reminiscent of warmed-over cardboard. Garlic? Butter? Anything? Nope. Just another missed opportunity to salvage something—anything—from the plate.
But the food was only half the disaster. For the last 30 minutes of my meal, a young boy—maybe 11 or 12—was loudly yelling and screaming at the bar area while accompanying an adult. It was disruptive enough that multiple diners exchanged uncomfortable glances. Kids will be kids, sure, but when a restaurant does nothing to maintain a reasonable dining environment, it speaks volumes about the staff’s attentiveness and management's standards. The adult did nothing to correct the behavior, and more frustratingly, the employees also did absolutely nothing. The din from that table made an already disappointing meal feel downright unbearable.
In short, this visit to TGI Friday’s was a complete waste of time and money. Bland food and a chaotic atmosphere....
