"I came to grab 2 Diablo burgers because I was extremely hungry. I took a few bites of one burger (it was my first time trying El Diablo!) and noticed it was a lettuce wrap instead of the bun I ordered. I drove 5 miles back, frustrated by the wasted time, gas, and the fact that I paid for what I ordered, not someone else's mistake. I explained the issue to the staff and requested they correct the order. Instead of replacing both burgers, they took both and only gave me one back. They claimed their policy prevents them from replacing partially eaten food, and management stated, "We took in 1 1/2 out of 2 burgers, here's your order (1 burger) and leave." I was confused and asked where the other burger was. The employee rudely demanded I leave. I argued that if they weren't going to honor my order, they should at least return the half-eaten burger I'd already paid for. I was starving and embarrassed by the entire situation. The employee became increasingly angry and repeatedly demanded I leave. This was incredibly unprofessional and unethical behavior, reflecting poorly on the restaurant's management and corporate leadership."

After 5 minutes of trying to explain our order with her, we finally asked for someone else to take our order. She finally did and received our food from what appears to be the manager or supervisor. Our fries were Luke warm and my burger was extremely spicy. I ordered the avocado burger and thought it was avocado not spicy quacomole. I couldn't eat my burger bc of the jalapeños. I called the store and asked what was inside my avocado burger and she confirmed it was very spicy and the sauce has jalapeños. I wish they would put that on the outside menu as a warning. I was told I could come back and get another burger but I was home and 20 minutes away. My husband's double bacon cheeseburger was great. No complaints there. It is my personal opinion that when working in a job where you need to communicate to the public, you should learn the language of the Country...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I ordered 12 charbroiled burgers and 3 orders of fries at lunchtime. When I counted the burgers (like I usually do because sometimes restaurants usually miss one or two items), I noticed I was missing 3 burgers. I went in to go ask for my 3 burgers that I was missing, and I was given one burger of a different kind that I did not order. I tried to talk to one of the workers but the one that gave me the "missing" burger went between me and the worker, rudely telling me that I was given the burgers. I did not want to talk to them because I was not given the burgers, but they were persistent in getting in my face when I asked them to back off. As the worker was arguing with me, the fries that I ordered got cold, and because of that, I ended up getting a refund, and still had the rude worker yelling how much to refund me an incorrect amount when they were in the back of the kitchen.
