D6 Pizza - Hesperia — Restaurant in Hesperia

The Hesperia location does not accommodate their customers the same way the Spring Valley location does. My mom is allergic to red sauce so I ordered her a garlic cheese sauce based pizza at the Spring valley location by accidenty came to the Hesperia location to pick up so I had to cancel the Spring Valley order and reorder at Hesperia D6. I literally tried to place the same order but was not able to use the garlic cheese base here.. I ask why it if the other location had originally suggested it to me and accepted my order no problem, why can’t I place the same order here at the Hesperia D6, they replied because their manager said no… if both locations are owned by the same owner and are trained the same, have the same menu why are they not allowed to accommodate the customer the same? The restaurant was very dirty, the air filters are black, the kitchen looks it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a month, the soda fridge has dirty hand prints all over it, the lobby has empty cups and dirt plates on almost every table. The employees are giggling, talking about their crushes, having so much fun working hard back there. The pizza is usually really good, I however will not be back for a while because of this experience.

Edit* I’m Replying to the response of the D6 on here because I don’t see anywhere it allows a reply. I can assure you that I specifically mentioned that I wanted the cheese garlic sauce INSTEAD of the red sauce NOT a combination of the two since I did mention to the gentleman who took my phone order that my mom was allergic to the red sauce so no. That’s simply not true. A misunderstanding, sure, but not on my part. That was a misunderstanding by your staff on your procedures and protocols. I did specifically say I wanted the cheese sauce not a mix of the two. I thought the Súper bowl was on Sunday… not Friday @ 6:50pm. I totally get that they were “busy” at some point in the day but they weren’t too busy to chill in the back on their phones meanwhile the entire lobby was dirty and 1 brunette girl did everything while the girl with the hat chatted with the cooks in the back. When i got there they weren’t busy anymore, backed up on a couple orders maybe but there was no more rush— the orders that went out before mine were online orders I was probably one of the only call in customer pickup that i saw. What a sorry excuse for an owner. I placed a phone order for a medium garlic cheese bread half with bacon and half without. I had order that a few weeks ago with no problem. I was waiting patiently for my order when I hear his employee tell him, "They ordered half with bacon and half without." The owner just brushes it off, brings me my order and says, "We made the whole thing with bacon. Is that ok?" Mind you, he was pushing the boxes towards me, like I was just supposed to be happy with what he made. He saw my mad face then said, "Fine. We'll remake your order." I didn't have time to wait even longer, so I said, "I'll just take it like that." He then has the nerve to say, "We never make it like that. It's a special order." I told him, "Don't say you never make it like that cause I got it a few weeks ago, no problem." And instead of trying to fix the problem he just keeps arguing that it's a special order! I told him when I placed the order how I wanted it and there wasn't an issue! Stop being so arrogant and start listening to your customers! Why not offer me a discount for my next order or ask how to make it better?! Unbelievable horrible customer service and attitude from the owner!!! Don't waste your time if you need a...

The beer was fresh and the pizza was amazing we got the triple pep pizza and the Supreme pizza along with an order of chicken wings. The crust on the pizza was perfectly light and fluffy it was great!!!!

The 3 guys on staff were very kind and helpful and patient for our first time there. The Resturant was cool with great a/c going on and the restroom was SUPER SUPER CLEAN and also the dining area was clean as well. They even had a window I walked by and could see the back where they cook and even that area was clean so I would go back to eat for the cleanliness of it all and bomb pizza. The ONLY thing I wouldn’t order again were the wings even my son said that they tasted like bagged Tyson Buffalo wings that I buy for the house. So for us personally we wouldn’t suggest the wings however the rest was so good we would go back and try the cheese bread instead.

For a moment I didn’t think they were open cause the open light wasn’t on but the door was unlocked and they said the sign was broke so for new people like me I would suggest maybe fixing the sign but overall...
