I was craving grilled chicken, rice and sweet plantains, so I scanned for the best chicken near me. Google responded with a few locations, so I decided to visit Pollo Brasa y Sazon. When I arrived, I realized it was a Colombia restaurant, so I had to switch my craving of chicken to breaded pork chops, my favorite Columbian food. Where I go in Pines, Im never disappointed, but at this location, I knew when my food came out, that I had chosen the wrong place. Unlike other Columbia restaurants that I have visited and loved, this location left me with an empty stomach and wishing I had gone some where else. My pork chops where so burnt and overcooked, that I couldn't even cut the pork. As I looked around the restaurant, I realized that this cook, likes to overcook his food. I saw other customers who tried to eat their food, but had to do, as I did, nibble on what you could chew and leave the rest. It wasn't cheap either for lunch. $20.00 later, I left more than half of my food. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately to anyone. Not until someone speaks to the chef and educates the waitresses to recognize what should and shouldn't be served...
Read moreJust had the worst experience I’ve had in a while at a restaurant, I’m personally Colombian I know how Colombian food taste like & this is by far the worst both in taste wise & customer experience I’ve had!! I ordered a soup I had one spoonful didn’t even touch it I did not like it, didn’t have good taste I respectfully told the server I did not like it so I returned it when my check came the soup was on there for full price so I told my server, another lady who I do not know & why she decided she was in charge abruptly interrupted & said well you ordered it so you’re paying for it. So on top of not even apologizing you’re going to come to my table & give me attitude when you’re making me pay full price for something I didn’t even eat?? THE WORST!! They need to learn how to treat customers this is definitely not the way!...
Read moreI am regular customer of this Colombian restaurant and cannot recommend it enough. While some of the prices are a tad high, the taste of the food is beyond believable. It is extremely delicious, and this is not an overstatement. I've been visiting this restaurant for more than two years and the service is always great. There is Colombian music playing in two television sets (DVD form), and always at least two waiters, unless you visit early in the morning, where there is usually one. If you call ahead of time they even reserve a table for you, but only give you like five minutes before you lose it.
They do delivery around the area of the restaurant and offer meal plans for delivery as well.
All in all, this is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. I cannot...
