Caribe Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Hialeah

We went to eat there today and the sun was bothering my wife, so I decided to lower the blind, as I was moving the chain the blind which is metal felled on my wife's head and she had some swelling on her head, the manager came and he said you should have call me to do it, how about it should freaking work like its supposed to and be attached securely, at no point in time did he even come back to see how my wife was doing, and she was actually feeling pain and a headache. We ordered a hamburger with out cheese for the kids and it came with cheese, when we told the waitress, she took it back and instead of making a new one they removed the cheese, so they brought it back with parts of cheese in it, do you know if the person is lactose intolerant? So they took it back again and made a new one. My food was the worse, I ordered a milanesa and the steak was extremely thin and you could feel the low quality as it was kind of hard, this was by far the worst steak I have ever eaten and it was $18, with probably $1 worth of meat. We showed it to the waitress and she agreed it was bad. Now you would think that they would at least have the decency of saying, hey the deserts are on us but not even that. Before I left I saw the manager and told him he sucked as a manager because of all of what happened and not even an apology. We had gone there before and we never had a bad experience. The waitress was nice, that was the only positive. Needless to say I will never come back...

I have been eating here since they opened their doors. Food has always been great and the service top notch until the last two visits. My previous visit all the food ordered cold and missing items. Had to wait for ever for the missing food to show up. By the time it did it was also cold and my party of four was ready to leave. Thought I would give this restaurant one more chance since they have been flawless for years. So I visited them today. Sat down and waited to be served. 40 minutes on the clock before a waitress came to get our order. Mind you I would reach out to waitresses and bus boys to get my order going but nothing. At the 40 minute mark a waitress that had locked eyes with me and I had called her attention previously meaning multiple times finally walked up to me to take our order. Usually I don't fire off on anyone but I couldn't hold it at that point. After I checked her for the 40 minute wait she responded with me that she just noticed we had sat down. At that point I had to call her on her bs and all of her co workers that was completely ignoring our table and I reminded her that I had asked her for assistance more than three times. Ended up leaving and eating at latin cafe 2000 a few blocks away. Service was great and the food was also. Nether I or anyone from my family will ever eat at el...

I'm gonna tell how it really is! This restaurant is garbage NOW!! Food tripled in price and waiters expect large tips that they wait next to you harassing you to place tip on the handheld credit card machine. Bring cash - to leave the exact amount with No tip.... The waiters lack customer service skills and when you ask for something, they do it lazy and don't even want to do it. They have a nasty attitude which they shouldn't work there... Go work as a cleaning crew in a hotel! The food portions are smaller and the food is coming out with flaws - rancid items, dirty water, dirty plates, a piece of metal brittlse from the scrub inside food, dirty bread, & so fourth. So inspect your food and be vigilant. The quality of the food went down, the customer service went down - everyone is mostly new, all the previous employees quit. They removed the cafeteria in the back and expanded the restaurant with the same booths they had on the side 🥴. No more scratch offs & no more cortaditos outside....... Definitely I don't recommend at all... Stop going here & look for another place! The restaurant is just too dirty. It was my favorite back in the day, & now. I will never go back to eat here. Lower the damn prices or go out...
