We had an absolutely incredible experience with Daniela. From the moment we walked in to explore dresses for my daughter Quince to the day of the photo shoot, she went above and beyond every step of the way. Daniela’s attention to detail is truly UNMATCHED—she doesn’t miss a thing. Not only is she professional and organized, but she’s also extremely sweet and has a LOT of patience lol—an absolute ANGEL FROM HEAVEN. She made us feel genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire process. It felt like she was just as invested in our vision as we were. 4 star is for service dress quality wasn't great however Service was great. Everyone was kind and helpful - my only regret was that we didn't see the condition of the dress before the date/time needed (Quince). Regrettably the rental came very dirty, wrinkled and jewels that are in the front of the dress had come off (PRIOR to us having it). I would still go back in the future just address the dress itself...

My experience was amazing, I rented the dress for my daughter 15 pictures and as well her service. I did not have to do anything she is a hard worker, she make sure everything get perfect and her attention to every detail is amazing. Without her help nothing would be done the same.
