I have been a loyal customer of this Pet supermarket and have always had a good experience until last Saturday. I went to the store to buy a grooming set for my two Pomeranians. Unfortunately, the machine didn't work correctly, and I called the store to ask for advice on how to use it properly so I wouldn't have to return it. The customer service from the employee was good but the store manager was terrible, and the person who answered the phone (Erick) hung up on me without any explanation.
Feeling frustrated, I returned to the store to find the person who had hung up on me. The store manager, Erick, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said he had no time for me and turned his back, and walked away. Three minutes later, he returned and said that he wouldn't return the item, and that I would be stuck with the faulty machine. It was the worst customer service experience ever, and I'm extremely disappointed.
To add to the insult, when I tried to leave the store, the other registrar wouldn't let me go because she was trying to help after she saw how the manager was treating me for no reason. I said I would keep the faulty machine and never return to the store again. It's disheartening to see such indecent behavior from a store manager. I hope Jason, the person that I always contact there at the store, takes note of this review and knows who works at his store.
Overall, I would not recommend this Pet supermarket to anyone. The terrible customer service and lack of professionalism shown by the store manager, Erick, is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere and hope Karma takes care of him soon."

"He sido un cliente leal de esta tienda de mascotas y siempre he tenido una buena experiencia hasta el sábado pasado. Fui a la tienda a comprar un juego de aseo para mis dos Pomeranias. Desafortunadamente, la máquina no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que llamé a la tienda para pedir consejo sobre cómo usarla adecuadamente para no tener que devolverla. El servicio al cliente del empleado fue bueno, pero el gerente de la tienda fue terrible, y la persona que me atendió (Erick) colgó el teléfono sin ninguna explicación.
Sintiéndome frustrado, regresé a la tienda para encontrar a la persona que me había colgado el teléfono. El gerente de la tienda, Erick, fue extremadamente grosero y poco profesional. Dijo que no tenía tiempo para mí, se dio la vuelta y se fue. Tres minutos después, regresó y dijo que no devolvería el artículo y que tendría que quedarme con la máquina defectuosa. Fue la peor experiencia de servicio al cliente que he tenido, y estoy extremadamente decepcionado.

An employee named Melissa, who appeared to be a lead, simply looked at me. The store wasn’t busy at the time. There were issues with the cash registers, and according to the employees, including the manager Ray, the computer systems were down, preventing them from looking up customer accounts or honoring coupons. As more people came in, a line began to form, and both Ray and Melissa were extremely rude almost as if they couldn’t be bothered from their routine to help customers.
