Today June 16, 2019 while I was on the line a young man asks kindly if his order is ready because he is hungry and had ordered it for 45 minutes. One of the employees starts arguing with the guy the time of his order and in less than a minute goes to the counter from the kitchen a lady badly combed and very upset to argue with the young man who had decently asked about his request saying that she was the owner of the Bakery. The truth has been an unpleasant incident. Where two workers of that place (I do not know that she is the owner) mistreat the clients who only demand their right. At the end the tables were dirty and some man told the alleged "owner" that he had to clean the table. And after the incident I do not think that the gentleman who cleaned his table or the guy of the incident returned to that place again. This server is not going to come back anymore. Bad service, bad education, bad customer treatment.
Hoy Junio 16, 2019 mientras estaba en la lĂnea un joven pregunta amablemente si su pedido ya estĂĄ listo porque tiene hambre y lo habĂa ordenado hacia 45 minutos. Una de las empleadas le empieza a discutir al muchacho el tiempo de su orden y en menos de un minuto sale al mostrador desde la cocina una señora mal peinada y muy molesta a discutir con el joven que decentemente habĂa preguntado sobre su pedido diciendo que ella era la dueña del Bakery. La verdad ha sido un desagradable incidente. Donde dos trabajadores de ese lugar (no me consta que sea la dueña) Maltratan a los clientes que solamente exigen su derecho. Al final las mesas estaban sucias y un señor se lo dijo a la supuesta âdueñaâ que el mismo tuvo que limpiar la mesa. Y despuĂ©s del incidente no creo que el señor que limpio su mesa ni el muchacho del incidente regresen de nuevo a ese lugar. Este servidor no lo va a regresar nunca mĂĄs.    Read moreWe were on a late night wild goose chase for a large plain white bakery to-go box for a project our daughter had to turn in at school the following morning. We went here because they are open 24 hours and their boxes are the plain white ones that are not branded (exactly what we needed).
We explained to the lady at the counter how we were all out of options and would really appreciate if she could help us. We offered to purchase the box (name your price) and even tried to purchase a dozen pastelitos de guayaba to get the box. She kept saying that she could not help us.
We even asked how many pastelitos we have to purchase to earn a box and her answer was that the box is not for pastelitos. There was no reasoning with her. She said the only way we are getting the box is if we buy a $50 cake.
I cannot put into words how frustrated we were as we left with no solution for our daughter and she will just have to deal with the bad grade this time.
I have an account with Restaurant depot and I know that regardless of size these boxes donât cost more than one dollar each.
I donât think that the customer is always right but I do think that no matter how unhappy you are at your job at the end of the day we are people before we are a potential customer and we canât forget how to treat people.

(New Yorkers you will understand) Sat in air conditioned comfort while listening to the woman who waited on me singing the songs on their Muzak. THIS made me happy. A groovy vibe in a place to eat: nourishment for Body and Soul. VERY fresh flaky pastries, oh my! Which I ate while reading and laughing at the whimsical messages on their wall. After identifying myself as a Google Guide, I took a video of the wall and stills of outside façade and of the showcases. Returned on April 24th after an appointment for Labs. Needed cafĂ© con leche. The milk tasted funny. Without hesitation I got another. And Manager Alejandro refunded...
