Such a horrible experience. I passed by on international donut day with the surprise that with every purchase of a drink I get a free donut. Cool. I was already planning on purchasing 3 drinks and a dozen donuts. I waited for about 20 mins for my order and was very patient with them. There was 3 people working. One was mopping, one was taking Uber orders and the other was taking regular orders but the food wasn’t being prepared. Then they proceed to give me an incorrect drink, turns out it was the order of the customer who came after me in line. My brother nicely advised to get themselves organized. Clearly orders should come out by the order in which they were received. Then the employees started talking about us complaining right in our face?? Stating we were giving them attitude. Who even argues with customers?? At that point I should of given her attitude in the first place because we had been patiently waiting for over 20 mins. If you don’t like to work, then don’t work! If customers wouldn’t walk in, they wouldn’t have a job to do therefore they would not have an income! Don’t be mad at me you’re too slow to work plus there was 3 employees!!!! That’s the mistake with today’s youth. I’m so over this Dunkin I can see why they’re always changing employees. I will not be going to this Dunkin ever again, which is a shame, thought this location was better than the...

I ordered a dozen donuts, then asked for two medium coffees. When I mentioned the coffees, the person at the counter hit me with a very firm “that’s it.” Naturally, I asked if that meant there was no coffee, because that’s how it came across. Turns out there was coffee, just a miscommunication, but the tone made the interaction feel unnecessarily cold.
The coffee was made in record speed (blink and it was done), which would be great if it didn’t also taste rushed. Then when I paid with a $20 and a $10 for my $22 order, both bills were checked like I had just printed them in the back. I get being cautious, but considering the way the whole exchange played out, it came off more unwelcoming than professional.
The shop clearly has good energy, just wish I got to experience more of the warmth I saw everyone...

English is essential. Thirdly, There is an obvious mildew problem on the ceiling entering the restrooms. Water can usually be seen dripping from the ceiling and nothing is being done. This can later cause permanent respiratory damage to employees opening up potential for been sued. The dining room and kitchen however are always kept very clean.
