Local sandwich shop in a little plaza. Super friendly and helpful staff. Frankie, the owner, was there personally taking orders and explaining the menu. Super nice and informative.
I had the tuna , which I don't typically get while dining out, but it was recommended, so I gave it a try. It did not disappoint.
Gray had the number one (Ham, Capicola, Salami and Provolone Sandwich) and was very pleased. I had a taste and can confirm it was delicious.
Seating is currently outdoors only, and the beverage machine is not available, but they will be returning to indoor seating and bringing back the soda machine after 7/4/21. There is an abundance of good ready-to-go drink options a well as a varied chip selection. We enjoyed a large can of Bubbly and a bag of garlic plantains.
I really appreciate the owner's care & responsibility in ensuring the safety of staff and customers.
Our food was quickly brought to our table, and Frankie checked in with us to be sure everything was to our liking.
The surrounding shops may look a bit sketch, but don't let that be a deterrent. The food and service are top notch, the shop is bright & clean, the food is fresh & delicious, and you can tell the owner genuinely cares about his customers' happiness.
We are often in the area for work and will definitely be returning to...

This was my eighth time visiting this deli. Before I received the reward card, every visit was full of smiles, kindness, and great service — and that’s exactly what made me keep coming back.
When I was given a card for a free sandwich (half a sandwich), I truly appreciated it. It felt like a thoughtful way to thank loyal customers. But when I came in to redeem it and ordered only a large coffee, I was charged over six dollars. That’s for the biggest coffee they offer — and still, it’s smaller than what other places call “large.” And frankly, not even McDonald's charges that much.
I was attended by an older lady who wasn’t rude, but her attitude was cold and lacked any warmth or customer care. There was no finesse in the interaction — just a flat, transactional tone that left me feeling unwelcomed. And to make matters worse, the final price made it seem like I was paying for the “free” sandwich through the coffee.
I don’t want to be unfair. I can personally vouch for the quality of the food — it’s genuinely excellent. That’s why I kept coming back.
But this last visit left me feeling sad and disappointed. After eight visits, I expected to feel valued — not...
Read moreA small deli located at a typical obscure Florida strip mall. It's 10 minutes from my house and I have driven by it 100 times.
I was watching a food video on YouTube and they had a pastrami sandwich deli review.
I decided to use google map to look up delis and Franky's showed up with a good rating, and is nearby. They even open early and on Saturday.
I ordered the half pastrami half corned beef ruben style. It came out to about $15 for a whole sandwich .
I took a photo of the current menu and prices which I thought was reasonable for the quality you get.(2024 prices)
Service was excellent. The Food was made fresh so it took about 10min to get it.
There was seating for about 20 people inside and maybe another 10 outside. I was solo so got mine to go.
The sandwich was excellent. Meat was moist , flavorful, thinly cut slices with good texture. Bread was toasted and not overwhelming with enough cheese and sauce to compliment the flavor.
Sometime local reviews, because of relations, gets overhyled and I am left disappointed. This is definitely not the case here.
I will definitely be going back there soon and will probably get the...
