Fritanga-Raspaderia Y Tortilleria Nica — Restaurant in Hialeah

The worst experience in my life with this restaurant. The owner acted criminally and irresponsibly. Having parked in front of his business to go next door. There were plenty of spaces in front of his business yet he called the tow truck. Tow truck was taking my vehicle on his order. So he ordered my vehicle to be stolen. I ended up paying the tow truck due to my pet being ill and I didn’t want to stay without my vehicle. I paid so I can get to the doctor as I was called and called the police who said if I had called while they were taking my vehicle, they would be arrested. They forced the owner to refund my money or get my money back from tow truck or they would have a criminal case as the money was actually stolen. He still was complaining to the police and trying to tell the cop that he’s wrong. He finally called the tow truck after 30 mins of back and forth. He had no regards that I told him that it was an illegal tow. He said oh well you have to take it up with tow truck. Once I went back and forth with tow truck, he went inside to get his signature but he didn’t realize that I went inside after him. He told the owner that he needs to have signs out there to tow. I said that’s right and startled the tow guy. He then knowing this fact, signed the authorization of the tow. Criminal!! Justice was served to the point that I got my full refund and I will write another review to the tow company and complaint to the consumer protection in Miami Dade county. This place has the worst cafe con leche ever! It tasted so freaking nasty and watery. I complaint to the lady who made for me in front of other customers and she said I’m the only complain ever from that coffee. She pour out hot water from a container and then threw something that was not coffee and just mixed it with a spoon! Are you freaking serious?? She told me that this is Nica coffee not Cuban coffee! Then she asked me if I was Nica and I told her yes, what the heck does that anything to do with you making horrible coffee! Do no order cafe con leche there, you’ll regret it. Went here for lunch. I went because I really wanted lengua. I opted for something else because the lengua looked old and dry. So then, I decided to get cola de res. Also, a bad choice. The meat was super hard and not easy to chew. I'm a heavy eater and when, I enjoy my food I eat everything, but not today. The plate was $17.19 and that's without a drink.
