This location in Hialeah, is not too far from our warehouse, so I decided on my way back to stop for lunch with our driver. He never had been to Graziano, so i decided to share the experience of a good lunch. We walk in the dining room, were greeted right away by the staff and shown to a table of our choice. Sit-down ,order a bottle water Aqua pana and proceeded to get right to the menu, diner menu no lunch ,no specials. The menu offers a mix of Italian and Argentinian dishes appetizers and we decided to share as a starter a Panzanella salad, the platter was big enough for two but the salad itself was mostly a over mix of red onion, croutons that were hard, covered with red onions thinly sliced and unripen tomatoes blend of course. Then we both ordered the rigatoni a la amatriciana, huge portions, over cooked that they flattened and lost the shape. Plate of bad tomatoes sauce and not crisp enough pieces of guanciale if not pancetta? We ordered two coffees ,no dessert choice very limited and not enticing. Total of the adventure salad 14.00; 2 rigatoni 50.00 ; 2 bottles water 20.00; 2 expresso 10.00 plus tip $117.13. I will never go back to this location, that is what happens when you spread out with so many outlets, you forget what as gotten you there, consistency, quality and taste. I do not want to generalize because I go to Lucia a new place opened since last year on Sunset and 89 avenue and it is very good, but Hialeah no way on earth ,maybe it is time to do your rounds Mr. Graziano just like...
Read moreVisit to one of our favorite restaurant. Love this location due to the proximity to our home. Previous visits have always been satisfactory to this and the Coral Gables location. This time, Yanisley provided enjoyable and professional service throughout the dinner. I enjoyed my favorite dish, grilled sweetbread. I came perfectly grilled and seasoned. Highly recommended. This was followed be a Filet (Lomo) perfectly grilled medium rare, Brussels sprouts and Gratin Potatoes. I also added a side of Peppercorn sauce as I was curious of their version. So here are a few areas I feel can and need to be improved. First, properly heated plates need to be used to serve warm dishes. My personal pet peeve. Secondly Gratin Potatoes, while very tasty came with a lukewarm middle and lastly the Peppercorn Sauce was below expectations as whole black peppercorn was used. Traditionally green peppercorns are used. It would have been better had freshly ground pepper been used instead of the whole peppercorn. All items, except the sauce were corrected when pointed out and left us satisfied with the overall experience. We will certainly be back and feel comfortable recommending this restaurant. Thank y Yanisley for an...
Read more1 out of 5 stars My experience at Graziano’s was deeply disappointing and, frankly, discriminatory. I was told I could not bring my service animal with me unless I provided documentation, which is an action that is explicitly prohibited under Florida Statute § 413.08, which states: “A public accommodation may not ask about the nature or extent of an individual’s disability or require documentation.” Furthermore, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are only permitted to ask two questions: 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Graziano’s staff ignored these protections and demanded paperwork that, by law, I am not required to provide. Denying access in this manner is a violation of federal and state law, and a deeply disrespectful way to treat a customer with a disability. I would urge management to train their staff to comply with accessibility laws, and to treat all patrons with the dignity they deserve. And the deeply ironic thing here was that it was the general manager himself that...
