It's obvious the owners of this franchise don't care about reviews, but I'm doing one anyways because the service at this Little Caesars Pizza location was so terrible that it needs to be addressed. The staff were uninterested in helping customers, and their lack of enthusiasm was evident in the sloppily made pizzas and the long wait times.
I know you can't ask for much for what you're actually getting but the service at this location is so bad, a 1 star does not truly reflect what it deserves.
The customer service was nothing short of abysmal. When I finally did place my order, it took them forever to prepare it. When I asked about the delay, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders and acted like they didn't care. To make matters worse, the pizza I received was cold, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for some time. And no... It was not just because the quality of little Ceasars Pizza is bad to start with. They legitimately didn't know where they placed my order and when they found it, rather than offering me another, they haded it to me and walked away.
To make matters worse, as I was outside waiting for the pizza, it honestly looked like staff was stealing the pizza or at the very least would call their friends to give them free pizzas. The staff who worked in the back of the house walked outside a few times to put several boxes of pizzas into someone else's car. When I asked, they simply and without a care told me that those pizzas were "made incorrectly"... What a joke!
I don't know what's going on at this Little Caesars Pizza location, but it's clear that the employees have no interest in providing quality service or food. It's a shame, but for sure, after this experience, I won't be returning. If you're looking for quick & easy pizza experience, do yourself a favor and skip this...

I placed an order and did not notice the website had changed my address, and was not taking my address though I have placed many orders previously. I notice only when I received the notice of the delivery was on its way that it was coming from a different location then usual. I contacted the driver and delivery service, and they refused to deliver to my location even if it was two miles out. They gave my paid order to the wrong location. I never received my money back, and I still had to drive and pay for another order for pickup. Sometimes the website works, and other times it refuses my address for delivery. I have being upset because there is no corporate number or address to make complaints to. The store that took order and payment will not acknowledge. I am out of a $33 plus tip and other fees for getting nothing. Not only did I place order online, and had to pickup, but I had to go out of my way as a disabled person to get my order. When i finally got there to pick up my order the price went up again. Their customer service is terrible. None of the managers know what their doing. The lady who was handling our money transaction was pulling out our bread with no gloves on. When we asked everyone responded that they don't use gloves, including the managers. Everyone was upset because we wanted new crazy bread. We asked for extra cheese and they charged 1.75 for each bread with extra cheese and they didn't have any extra cheese.
