Every time I go to this particular McDonald's something always happens and for this reason I do not recommend anyone to go. Around lunch time, more than once, the credit card machine would mysteriously stop working. Code for: they don't want to work hard so they minimize the work load by telling people cash only so that hopefully half the customers would go away. Giving the benefit of the doubt I went back to this McDonald's and I was in line of the drive thru and I was not directly in front of the speaker because I had a car in front of me and I could here someone saying hello can I help you but I did not want to tell so I waited until the car in front moved foward so that I can be directly in front of the speaker. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come on and when no one did I said hello. This girl comes on with an attitude and says yeeees? I politly asked if she was ready to take my order and she says that she's been ready if I'm ready. Since she gave me attitude and was being extremely rude I asked to speak to the manager. When I approach the drive thru window she was looking at me expecting to pay with a bitchy face and I asked if she can please call the manager. The manager came and she was still there looking at me as I spoke to the manager about her. I am Hispanic born in the United States and I have nothing against Hispanics but I noticed that it's mostly Hispanics that give attitude and think that they deserve everything when they get to the US. If you don't like your job or don't want to deal with customers than get another job or don't work at all. Do you know how many out there are in need of a job and this bitchy girl has a job? Again DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S terrible service,...

Read moreJust visited McDonald's on 330 W 29 St. May I begin with the tall Spanish dark-skinned manager whose attitude needs adjustment. We don't speak Spanish, and even though we live in Hialeah, it doesn’t necessarily mean we speak Spanish. His lack of professionalism as a manager, poor customer service, lack of education, and lack of friendliness leave a lot to be desired. Then there was a drive-thru, Spanish-speaking ONLY person—obnoxious, loud, and rude—who, from the first words when arriving at the drive-thru, wanted us to place our order in Spanish, refusing to speak or at least attempt to speak any English as if she's in her country. When she realized we spoke no Spanish and obviously she couldn't communicate, since she spoke no English, the unhappy manager took over. You could pick up on his frustration and unwillingness to be there working as he took our order. Looking at the pictures attached, the fries must have been sitting there for a while—over-fried, dry, hard, stale fries—and the ranch snack wrap… the ranch and the appeal, this is what our food looked like. We ended up going to Wendy's where the customer service and fresh food were worth the drive and price. If we could say this was a first, it would be okay. However, this McDonald's lacks customer service, education, professionalism, friendliness, and employees who can speak English AND follow directions on what exactly customers are buying. Improvement is desperately needed at...
