Ruta 75

This was the third time I visit this restaurant with my coworkers. The first time the experienced was ok, good service and the food was good but it took longer than expected. The second time, we decided to take a new coworker to get to know the place and the experience was not as good as the first one. Service was extremely slow, we constantly kept calling our waiter to ask about the food. Other customers that arrived after us were served first. At this point we had no choice but to wait, shove the food down our throats and get back to work. Today we were going to go to another restauran that is faster, good service and way less expensive. We did not go because they did not had an specific dish wich La Ruta had, Mondongo. Service was same as the latest time, appetizers came late, mind you, it was only three empanadas; but to our luck, one dish came out first, then constantly asking for the second dish, the famous Mondongo! Once "all" the food arrive, again, let's eat super fast because we are already late to get back to work. Side dishes order never came with the food but they did added to the tab, we asked to be remove. In my opinion, they need better customer service, the waiter only came to the table to get the order, bring the food but did not took his time to come by and asked if we needed anything. Long story short, food is good but they take forever to take care of the customers.
