I visited this restaurant on a Sunday morning, and loved the food, very tasty and abundant. However, the service provided by the young waitress (dark blond hair with tattoos on her arms) was very disappointing since she didn't make any effort to explain anything about the menu even when asked, her demeanor made it look like she hated working there and she even threw the utensils and straws on the table, meaning no manners, we were nothing but courteous and polite to her, but her attitude was very unfriendly and unprofessional, we tipped out of sense of humanity and kindness but she did not deserve any tip at all.... I think service makes a huge difference when it comes to recommending a place to friends and family, so I strongly suggest for the owner to address this issue and the level of service provided to be improved in order for customers to be satisfied and recommend the restaurant as well as leaving...

Sabor Venezolano checked every aspect of my expectations. The place from outside like like b any other small restaurant but the taste is from another place and time. The Spanish speaking server was super attentive and professional . He offered me two menus for the two eateries in the location, I was aiming for the sabor Venezolano. Ordered a cheese cachapa and a chicha. The chicha was out of this world. It was perfect. I haven't had a chicha like these forever. Just couldn't get over it. The cachapa followed and it ranked very high. I wish I had more space to try everything on the menu, but I would say that it is a must to eat here. From the moment we walked into Sabor Venezolano, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting.

What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the service. Ariela took amazing care of us—she was attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel right at home. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality.
