The skinny Indian girl refuse to take coupons, just because she doesn't want to do the work of typing it in. Apparently she makes executive changes of a corporation program. This is the second time she acts all rude and deny to honor the coupons. We are at a hospital, we are going through hard times and now we have to deal with this rude lady? If you can provide a good service, close the franchise and get someone willing to provide good service. Saturday hours are 11am to 6pm and we went at 5:33pm to get a soup for a little girl. I guess the lady wanted to clean on the clock because she lied to us about it closing at 5:30. She told us to look at every sign inside and outside the store but they all said 6:00pm so she lied and said there was a mistake in every sign.
