Gainz Fit! No better place to come get your workout in regardless whether you’re an experienced athlete or if you have just started working out last week. They offer a great all-around facility that is maintained in excellent shape with brand new workout equipment, artificial turf area, great vibes, clean bathroom and showers and an excellent kids room that the little ones can enjoy while you workout.

Whether you are training for your next competition or just trying to stay healthy and lose weight Gainz Fit has your back. They have multiple programs to help you reach your goals and they are always there helping you every step of the way.

Gainz Fit has one of the best coaching staff out there. Their wide range of experience, knowledge, certifications and backgrounds make them excellent at what they do. They always make sure you are progressing and truly caring about your well being and safety. Always enthusiastic about the workouts and giving you that extra push you need.

Honestly this place always feels like a second home. I know I always look forward to come out here and get a great workout in. The second you walk in it feels welcoming and not get that intimidating feeling you might get in other boxes. Theres always a great vibe, we work together to make each other better.

I absolutely love it! Coach Mikol (Mikey) is amazing! I attend the 5 am class. It’s not easy being (awake), attentive, cognizant, of and offering personal 1:1 attention to each and every individual in the class in general, much less at that hour! Coach Mikey is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and motivating. His positive attitude is contagious. The energy and vibe is welcoming, stress free, and all about giving it your best for you! I’ve done CrossFit for awhile and fell out of love with it due to how some boxes (gyms) can be all about non healthy competitiveness, Coaches not having the athletes, average person that has never exercised, anyone for that matter, taking the step for better health, best interest in mind. Not here at Gainz Fit. It’s completely the opposite of the aforementioned and so many other great attributes. They have a variety of classes to best suit your fitness needs. Everyone is beyond friendly and supportive. The facility itself is amazing! Gainz Fit has many amenities and a very accommodating class schedule. I've been a member of GainzFit gym for almost a year now, and I can confidently say it's been the best fitness decision I've ever made. This is the longest I've ever committed to a gym, and it's all thanks to the incredible community and top-notch coaching staff.
