Tommy's Bakery — Restaurant in Hialeah

Its a shame that I can’t give this place 0 stars for everything they’re asking me to rate such as the food, service, and the atmosphere. The way they treat you here is absolutely disgusting! If you want poor customer service and be treated horribly this is definitely the bakery you’re looking for. The food you pay for here is not worth spending your money on at all; especially if it came out bad don’t expect them to remake your food to your liking. The women here working always have an attitude and clearly get bothered by anything. Don’t only think the women are bad.. you just haven’t met the manager/owner who lacks experience and respect towards adressing a problem. No wonder this place has changed owners so much. They will scream at you, insult you, and start a fight with you for over something you have the reason to! DO NOT be fooled by the good reviews coming after the bad ones written, it’s clearly them trying to make themselves look good and cover it up. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your time in looking for another bakery where you’ll feel welcomed in and have a better quality of food and attention overall.

Es una pena y una lástima que no pueda darle a este lugar 0 estrellas por todo lo que me piden que califique, como la comida, el servicio y el ambiente. ¡La forma en que te tratan aquí es absolutamente asquerosa! Si quieres un mal servicio al cliente y que te traten como una basura, esta es definitivamente el bakery que estás buscando. No vale la pena gastar dinero en la comida que pagas aquí; Especialmente si salió mal, no esperes que rehagan tu comida a tu gusto. Las mujeres que trabajan aquí siempre tienen una actitud y claramente les molesta cualquier cosa. No piense sólo que las mujeres son malas... simplemente no ha conocido al dueño que carece de experiencia y respeto para abordar un problema. No es de extrañar que este lugar haya cambiado tanto de dueños. ¡Te gritarán, te insultarán y comenzarán una pelea contigo por algo para lo que tienes motivos! NO se deje engañar por las buenas críticas que vienen después de las malas, es evidente que son ellos los que intentan quedar bien y encubrirlo. Absolutamente ridículo. This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. it’s super dirty and disgusting flys in the pastries.
