I almost didn't come back to this place after reading so many negative reviews. I'd even read racist comments about it, but I was nearby and short on time, so I decided to order in person. I never saw any inattentiveness or rudeness from the staff; quite the opposite. It's true that the woman taking orders doesn't speak spanish, but she speaks perfect English, Chinese, and maybe even Mandarin. Many forget we live in the US, but there's nothing to fear. They explain and point out on the menu what you want and the size you want, which even a child can understand. I witnessed the hostess take the order from an elderly couple who didn't speak English, and they were very pleased with the service they received. The food was excellent, fresh and well-cooked, the service was fast, and they even add a series of free toppings that you wouldn't even imagine existed. The portions were extremely large, making the quantity-quality-price ratio excellent. The staff is very friendly, hardworking, extremely polite and above all very humble with their characteristic act of bowing their head thanking you for your order and saying goodbye once you leave. I will definitely return. It is a place I recommend 100%./ Casi no vengo a este lugar después de leer tantas reseñas negativas, incluso había leído de comentarios racistas en este lugar, pero estaba cerca y corto de tiempo que decidí ordenar en persona. No vi en ningún momento falta de atención o actos groseros por parte del personal, todo lo contrario. Es cierto que la Sra que atiende los pedidos no habla español pero habla perfecto inglés, chino y quizás hasta mandarin, muchos olvidan que vivimos en EUA, aun así no hay nada que temer, te explican y señalan en el menú lo que deseas y el tamaño que deseas que hasta un niño entiende, fui testigo de como la anfitriona del lugar tomaba la orden de una pareja de ancianos que no hablaban inglés que quedaron muy complacidos del trato recibido. La comida excelente, fresca y bien cocinada, servicio rápido y te agregan una serie de toping gratis que ni imaginas que existen, las porciones extremadamente grandes lo que hace que la relación cantidad-calidad-precio sea excelente. This place is so unprofessional , I ordered online. It said it will take 20 minutes to get done for pickup. I decided to go 40 minutes to pick up the food- just to give them a few more minutes. When I got there the person in the register almost 7 minutes later approaches me. I told him I ordered online and I was picking up. He told me he canceled the order, and he said he was to busy to ,call me . I asked him why did he do that? He said he doesn't honor his menu online. That he doesn't have the food I ordered. On Sunday 6/9 called to place an order and the Chinese person who answered hung up on me staying they don’t take orders when I have been buying from this place for more than 10 years. My husband called and when they were ready to take order he passed phone to me and the same Chinese person Stayed .. oh you again! Stop calling here we don’t like you because you are calling and hanging up ( it was my first time calling) and to finish he said F word. Very rude and nasty attitude when I never did anything to them....
