Mi Cali Bakery and Restaurant — Restaurant in Hialeah

We have been ordering from this restaurant for about a year. However, during that year, we had issues with them using the delivery app appropriately. Firstly, they do not open the app when the restaurant opens at 7am - They open it around 10-11 am, not giving you the opportunity to order breakfast on time. We have called in the morning (around 7:30-8 am) to ask them to open it, and they say they will do it immediately, and that has not been the case. They either don't open it, or open it closer to lunch time. When the app is closed, you are able to schedule orders to be processed an hour after they open, triggering the app to open for that particular order. However, they go ahead and cancel the order, and make the app completely unavailable at that point. Also, at some point they had an item available, and did not show it on the app. making you have to call the restaurant and have them turn on that item to be able to order it, which is inconvenient, time consuming, and unnecessary. Overall, all we have had with this restaurant is headaches, and we have had it. Never ordering again, thanks to all the staff who refuses to operate the app properly knowingly. We found another restaurant that can fulfill our requests in a satisfactory way. They are a bit pricier, but we do not mind as long as we get...

This bakery is an absolute disgrace. My order showed up 3 HOURS late, the food was ICE COLD like it had been sitting in a trash can all day. The dish that was supposed to come with eggs looked like someone had already eaten them, there was literally nothing there. I ordered two different types of bread and they sent me THE SAME ones, as if they can’t even read. And the drink? It NEVER arrived. No apology, no explanation, just pure incompetence.

This is beyond bad service…it’s robbery. They don’t give a damn about customers, and it feels like they’re mocking you. What a pathetic excuse for a business. Honestly, they should be shut down. Don’t waste your money here unless you want to get ripped off, pissed off, and...

Its almost like they have an army of grandmas in the back using magic and love to make these savory, crispy, mouth watering deliciousness. Their sauce for the empanadas is incredible. The flavors of the lime, onions and spices blend so well to create this tangy mild sauce. It complements the empanadas so well, I always have to ask for extra. All their pastries are made fresh wich is the best part. Smooth and creamy cheese tequeños, sweet and soft pan de bonos, and the best empanadas I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and...
