Wendy's — Restaurant in Hialeah

I would rate this place five stars but I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND FOOD!! I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK OR RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE. First of all just for five items it was way too much! I ordered two spicy chicken sandwich for two something plus 98 cents plus tax each, baconator cheese fries for two something plus tax, 6 peice nuggets for a dollar sixty something plus tax and a small coke for a dollar something plus tax. My total came out to be $17 something. Then when I finally get to the window (LET ME POINT OUT THAT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE WINDOW OPEN FOR YOU TO PAY FOR YOUR FOOD AND RECEIVE YOUR FOOD)the order was correct but they didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce for the chicken nuggets and didn't give me no fork or napkins for my food. When I finally get to my house and I open up the baconator cheese fries it litteratly had two strips of bacon and only like three or four fries on the top part had a little bit to barely no cheese sauce on it and no salt. I know I said I only had three things that I wasn't happy with but I have one more when I was at the speaker placing my order the girl told me to hold on and I guess she thought that she had turned off her headset and you hear her and two other girls laughing only because I said sandwiches instead of sandwich. Like really!? So unprofessional and so immature!! Honestly who is the boss that hires these young kids! I used to work at Wendy's just a few months ago and we had two windows one to pay for your food and the second one was to pick up the food and we used to always have to ask even if it was just burgers or nuggets if they wanted sauce for the nuggets or mayo or any type of sauce with their food!! This place just has a bunch of little kids that are unprofessional and immature working on the drive thru and lobby working with the public that don't care and make fun of people for no reason. I honestly hate the prices and I love Wendy's but I won't be coming here or recommend this place at all. I perfer McDonald's so much better, professional and wonderful prices. Alright so I had the worst experience ever at a fast food place. I ordered 3 dave’s single just the sandwich with large fries in the drive-thru. I also had an unexpired coupon for BOGO free of the Dave’s singles. They ignored the coupon and charged me for everything, I peeped game before leaving the parking lot and came back, I told the lady I wanted my money back for the free sandwich they charged me, she said I had to give her the sandwich back (what??). She told me I was supposed to give the coupon to the lady at the first drive-thru window, but that lady had told me to give it at the end in the 2nd drive-thru window. It took her like 5 minutes to honor my unexpired coupon. One of the sandwiches I had asked for just the beef, cheese and lettuce. When I get to my destination it only had the bun and the beef, not even cheese. Not only were the fries cold and salt-less, the large frypod looked empty at first glance as it wasn’t even filled halfway. There must’ve been 10-15 fries in there only. I really had a disrespectful and 3rd world country experience there, I haven’t gone to a Wendy’s since. As a matter of fact the only fast food restaurant I go to is Mcdonald’s because they have the highest quality, pay their employees more that the other fast food places, have rewards which I can use every time and are way more professional. This Wendy’s is a franchise and I hope the owner starts taking care of his business better, gets better training for the employees instead of just going there to collect money from the safe, because it seems like that’s all he cares about doing. I worked at this location for a few months when I was younger back in 2015 and they have downgraded a lot. It’s simply unacceptable, I will not visit or put a single dollar into this Wendy’s ever again. It has really changed the way I look at Wendy’s. 1-star rating...

It was horrible. The place was clean but the staff were pathetic. Could not get a VERY SIMPLE order correct. I believe she was a very new employee who needed supervising or was just simple minded. Our order was very simple; had to repeat it several times and it was still incorrect upon arrival. We decided to make do and I ate a very cold burger: it was cooked to a shriveled leather texture and the cheese and bun were very cold. I have been there many times in the past and enjoyed good food and service. I did notice that there was a sign that said they were hiring for all positions.
