I was given a Chick-fil-a gift card at Christmas by a Kindergartener. He was so happy handing them out to staff members. There is no experation date or activation required on the card. I tried to use it yesterday at this location and was told it was inactive. They asked me if I had another way to pay. They proceeded to tell me that, " They do not sell those kinds of gift cards." The told me to give it back to the purchaser so they can return it to where it was purchased from. I told them I would not return to their store. The card was purchased at Sams Club. I have no intention of giving it back. I am thankful for my gift that says, "Thank you for keeping our school clean." I'm not concerned w the $10 attached to it. This is about the principal of the matter. I called this location and spoke w a manager. She told me that the gift cards don't always wrk and it needs to b activated. I told her I wanted the Corp number she complied. Also appoligizing for my experience at the drive thru. No one tried to correct the matter. Even if it meant throwing away the gift card or marking an x on it. Chick-fil-a holds themselves at such a high standard yet a $10 gift that doesn't work and they know don't work are not honored because, " They don't sell those kinds of gift cards." I purchase gift cards all the time. No activation required. And they are accepted at the establishment that they made for. I am a McDonalds girl always have been always will be. And when I have issues I let them know And they correct it. And after what I have read even Chick-fil-a Corp office has issues w resolving issues so I'll just give them a thumbs down on social media, spend my money elsewhere...
Read moreI typically don't dine in, parking is limited at most locations. My husband and I use the drive through and then park nearby mostofthetime. Prices have gone up everywhere as we all know, doubling and even tripling in many cases, we always just order 2 chick filet sandwiches. Before prices went up, the costs for the 2 sandwiches was around $7.50, now it's $10.38. Which isn't as much of an increase as most other fast food restaurants prices are. We don't eat much fast food at all, for one most fast food restaurants aren't worth the money and are mediocre at best. Although Chick Fil-A's sandwiches that they're known for aren't outrageously expensive, especially in comparison to price's of competitors, their overall menu price's have always been a little bit on the higher end, at least you get good quality food, great service and they're very clean. They have the best drive through service. Due to the high volume of business, they have several employees working the drive thru keeping the wait down to a minimum. We never wait long in the drive thru. Other fast food restaurant's could learn a thing or 2 from Chick fil A, as far as quality and presentation and service as well. Not to mention the terrible wait times for food that's not even...
Read moreA few months ago I ordered a spicy chicken strip meal And I get home 25 minutes away open the bag and it’s kale not chicken. I also had to pull off and wait 10 minutes for this chicken. I call the manager because I wasn’t driving all the way back and he asked for my app info so he could send me a free meal (never got it).
Saturday I went and waited in line paid and got up to the window and they said my card didn’t go through so I had to order again and pull off and wait again. Then my sandwich didn’t have pepper jack cheese and my dads had pickles. Both were incorrect. I check my bank account and both charges were on my debit card. Then I had to wait to back out of the parking space they pulled me into because the team member directing traffic wasn’t paying attention.
I love chic fil a I eat it all the time but I ALWAYS have issues at this location only. I was just bragging about how wonderful chic fil a is for getting right quickly especially with how busy they are majority of the time. But this location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Just because the staff is polite doesn’t make it right they continue to butcher orders. And then don’t fix them like they...
