Not sure how one store can mess up three times in one month, but it can happen I guess. First time I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Got all the way out to the car and realized before I left I had a plain bagel. Took it back in to get a new one, I get the new one with cream cheese but had what looked like maybe a small spoon full on each side of the bagel. I didn't realize there was a cream cheese shortage currently that you had to cut back.
Second time I ordered a cold brew coffee. After I ordered, I stood there for a couple minutes, no one attempting to make my coffee. They were to busy talking about last night while blaring today's garbage music out of their phones. Finally a gentleman, who I'm assuming was the manager, because he was the only professional looking employee, asked me if I got everything. I said no I've been standing here waiting for my coffee that no one is bothering to make. He ended up making it to get me out quickly.
Third time once again stood at the register for a few minutes before I was waited on while everyone laughed and played by the drive thru window. Got my coffee ordered and again waited for it to be made, while everyone laughed and played by the drive thru window. A young lady finally made my coffee and apologized saying that she was getting drive thru caught up. Yeah ok whatever. Read moreLiterally THE WORST Dunkin donuts ever. It used to be fast, accurate and friendly. I dread sitting in that drive thru line every morning and have to plan my morning 45 minutes early just to accommodate stopping. I starting using the app to order faster... Doesn't make a difference. Today Sunday 3/17/19 I sat in line at the North center st location in hickory for 20 minutes. We had to yell in the speaker just to get the person to acknowledge we were there and take our order for pick up. Then we sat at the window for 10 minutes. Wasn't greeted. Order wasn't confirmed. By the time the girl dragged her feet and slowly made it to the window with our order I was already late for work so we grabbed and stuff and took off. Stupid me, I didn't taste my coffee. Of course it was completely wrong. It took them 30 minutes to make my coffee... WRONG. Their one job. If they had taken that long, had poor customer service but my coffee at least tasted good it might have been worth it. I'm going to start brewing my own coffee from home and highly suggest to every person I know NOT to waste their time visiting the hickory location on 127. It’s the only one conveniently placed between my home and work so if I’ll stop here if I have to but I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. Tonight, for example. I paid for two blueberry donuts and a bagel. I wait five minutes at the order box before my order is taken. I waited another seven at the window before I was able to pay and be given my stuff, there was also nobody else there. I was the only one in the drive-through line, and I could see that there is nobody else in the store saved for two workers. I get home, and of course it’s my mistake for not checking the bag but I only had one of the donuts that I ordered and the sandwich was burnt. I did go back to get what I ordered and the workers were kind but there is always something wrong with this location every single time I go. It’s not worth it or my money, I’d rather go 10 to 15 minutes out of my way to the other location just to get coffee that I actually...
