Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hickory

On Saturday July the 27th, I came into Hardee’s to get an order of fries and a drink. The man working the front register, whose name is Dexter, took my order. He then proceeded to put his bare hands in the trash near the drink machine to push the trash down, and came back to the kitchen to make my food, WITHOUT washing his hands. Absolutely nasty. I confront Michelle, another shift lead about it and she made her apologies and proceeded to offer to remake my food. Dexter, then unprofessionally came up to me and kept talking about Michelle. How she didn’t wash her hands either. I then proceeded to just walk out of the store. Michele proceeded to come to where I work and give me my money back. Michele is a very sweet and professional lady, and I enjoy getting to see her and speak with her every time I come to get my food. What I don’t appreciate Is hearing about another employee, causing drama about other employees behind their back, when he’s the problem himself. If you have a business and want to keep customers coming in, run it like one. I’m a regular, but I can assure you that if this problem Isn’t addressed I will not be...

I had to drop my rating of this restaurant from 5 stars to 3. I have been ripped off 3 times now. First time I ordered the bacon beast biscuit and there were only 2 pieces of bacon on it. There were supposed to have been several pieces on it. So I paid more for this biscuit, when they really only gave me a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I told them about it the next morning and was told that I would be taken care of because of it. I ordered the same thing again, but it was the same. Definitely was not taken care of. Second time, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and when I got to work, there was no bacon on it! Third time I ordered a couple of sandwiches for breakfast, the bill was for $8.32. I gave them $8 in cash and asked them to charge my credit card the remaining 32 cents. That evening, I checked my account and my card was charged $6.30! So I paid $14.30 for a breakfast that was only supposed to be $8.32! This is the Hardee's on Lenoir Rhyne Blvd...

Sunday morning. Aug 13th..at. 8 15 am. Stopped in to grab a bite..only customer at. The counter..manager. Only cashier working dinning room and drive through. I recieved my food. 17 mins later. Drive through customers come first.. My complaints. Should. Be used to. Give. This young manager. Some help..he is only one person. Doing. 2 or 3 person job.. He. Held. His cool. With all. The orders. Taking place. This. Should. Never happen when running a fast food bussiness.. If. Resources. Will lead. Me. To. Actual owner. Of. This. Facility. I.
