Stopped in today to get a small coffee and grab some used coffee grounds for composting. 1st thing when I walked in the girl working mumbled something and looked annoyed to have a customer because the drive through was busy. Second when I ordered the coffee she said the machine was broken and she could do an americano. Third she said we don't do grounds at this location and i said shure you do, every location does and I've gotten them plenty of times from that location. Than they tried to charge me the extra 2 dollars for the americano and convenienced her to charge for the coffee and I left the 2 dollars as a tip. And the final nail in the coffin was when she gave me the coffee I said thank you she said nothing in response so I said it a second time and she mumbled at me. And the manager on duty didn't seem to know how to respond when I brought this up to her. I order several times a week through the app. They usually just tell me to pull around and I wait for my drink, no problem. Today, I ordered through the app around 6pm. The guy taking my order went silent for a long time at the speaker which was a little annoying to just sit there in dead silence not knowing why but it was whatever. I figured maybe he must be new and is learning to use the register. Anyway, got to the window and he proceeds to tell us that it takes 10 mins and the app even says it takes 10 mins so next time to order in advance so we don't have to sit there at the speaker. No other place has ever made such a big deal out of it. Ordering at the window is the same thing as me putting my order in the app, I know I have to wait for it to be made. I don't care waiting for my drink. I just don't care to sit in dead silence then have to listen to a mansplanation. š¤·āāļø Keep that energy...

Then when I went back through the drive thru to ask for fresh coffee they told me they had just started brewing new coffee so if could pull up to a parking spot they would bring it out when it was done. I waited for about 5 mins when I realized nobody was coming out so I walked in to get the fresh hot coffee and when I did one of the employees said oh we didn't see you outside even though I was parked right in front of the only door there is at this location. So then I received my fresh coffee & soon as I get in the car and out of the parking lot I go to grab my coffee and the lid pops off the cup due to it being to hot at this point and over filled. So coffee is now spilled all on me & my light colored car & seats. If I could give them a 0 stars I definitely would because this isn't the first time I've had a not so great experience with...
