Elizabeth's Pizza — Restaurant in High Point

If I could give it - 5 I would, and it doesnt allow you to make the review without one! As a patron I am DISGUSTED with the location on Westchester dr and I nor anyone I know will EVER go back! Last night I ordered 2 large pies, One pepperoni and one extra cheese. Got home realized the extra cheese pie was NOT extra cheese and the pepperoni so was skimpy that there was an entire slice with none at all. I called and spoke with "Roselle" the sup.. I explained my issue, He puts me on hold to talk to his kitchen staff, comes back on and says he checked with them and thats how its made, that we must had held the pepperoni pie wrong and they slide over to other slices - with so much aggravation in his voice.. I tried explaining to him that they werent hot enough for that to have happened when we picked them up, but he continued to over talk me! I interrupted him and said hey im the paying customer and im calling to tell there is a issue.. He RAISES his voice at me and says, I dont care who you are, you had a male pick up the pizzas and now your calling to complain, i cant do anything with pizzas i cant see!. 5 minutes later we are in the store in full yelling match with ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES bc it seems Roselle relayed that my complaint was thr was NO pepperoni at all and the cheese pizza was in fact extra thats how they do it. Everyone was so defensive, i opened the boxes and showed them my complaint and not one of them offered to FIX IT WHICH IS ALL I WANTED!!!! I asked for the owners name, Roselle said he was not giving me that info, I said its public info you can either give it to me or i can find it myself but the owner WILL hear about this! He then says he isnt scared and doesnt care what i do!.. I was recorded by another staff member without my consent! Threats of calling the cops are hurled all because the supervisor Roselle is incompetent and CAN NOT perform his job and SHOULD NOT be dealing with the public as the responsible party for this establishment! I was disrespected in a restaurant with other patrons. I have never dealt with such ignorance in all my life as an adult! As i was getting my money back the guy who is in all the googles pics leaning over the counter says well next time u can order a dbl or triple cheese..maybe that'll make ya happy! I told him there would never be a next time! Check tape, they recorded everything! I will post my complaint everywhere! NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED HOW WE WERE TREATED...

Overall 1 star for this particular location. To start off I love to eat at Elizabeth pizza. But this is the first time at this location that I was overall unsatisfied. We placed an online order for a small pizza and garlic knots. We selected the curbside option hoping that when we get to the location it will be ready. We arrive at 6:25p the confirmation says it will be ready around 6:32p. While waiting we noticed a crowd of different people going in and picking orders. It wasn’t until 6:45p my wife decided to go inside. Only to find out our order was ready long before already. My wife asked the young lady at the cash register why have a curbside option when it’s not available. She replied that you must call and let them know that we are outside. And didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Mind you we were supposed to get a text when the food is ready. That text never arrived until 7:17p long after the estimated time. With the frustration the food we ordered was cold by the time we arrived home. The site does not advertise that you must call when you arrive for curbside. And in the parking lot it does not state anywhere to call. I need for this location to come up with a better protocol so that future customers don’t run into...

I had my first and last visit to Elizabeth's Pizza on Westchester Drive in High Point. I went to pick up my call in order waited a few minutes and received a small pizza instead of a large. The manager was nice and fixed me a medium to go with the small. I waited about 20 more minutes and a cook brought my two pizzas out. I got home the small pizza was half burnt and half not. The medium pizza was cooked perfect, however, the half that was Elizabeth's special toppings had so many green peppers I couldn't stand the taste or the feel of ALL those green peppers. Both halves of the Elizabeth's special toppings pizza were inedible. My son was nice enough to share a slice of his meatball pizza, which was good. I called the manager back and he did not address the burnt half of the pizza and told me they put a whole pizza's toppings on half the pizza which is really foreign to me. They do that so they can charge for the higher price pizza. Which I fully expect and do not mind paying. I do not expect to get stuff on my pizza I did not order or ask for.
