High Price Point & Poor Customer Service. Second time ordering from here and the second time ordering the spicy chicken with no vegetables. When I got home I found it had mushrooms on it. Drove all the way back and when they asked if there was a problem I read back my order and then told them about the mushrooms. The female cashier said that the spicy chicken comes with mushrooms. I told her I asked for no vegetables though and she just kind of snickered to the male cashier.
I know she wasn’t telling the truth because on my first visit I asked specifically what vegetables come with each kind of hibachi. (Chicken hibachi doesn’t come with mushrooms but steak does.) I also ordered the exact same thing a week ago and got no mushrooms. I feel like they just picked out the mushrooms and re-fired the entree but I don’t have proof of that since they do try to cover the entry to the cooking area.
50 bucks for four entrees and they got two of them wrong (my daughter is more forgiving than I am) means no more business from my family. Judging by the other reviews there are better joints in the...
Read moreI can’t speak about the food, because I never got to order. I came in, was the only customer present, and stood at the counter for 8 minutes with zero interaction. The staff in the kitchen saw me as they walked past several times, but at no point did anyone say “Someone will be right with you” or even acknowledge that they were aware of my presence. They also have lots of signs up saying things like “Exact change only” and “No substitutions,” so I didn’t get the vibe that they’re big on customer service. I was looking for a quick lunch, and after waiting for 8 minutes with no sign of being served anytime soon, I lost faith that I’d get the food before I needed to be somewhere else. They just opened, so maybe it’s a shortage or training issue. But it was frustrating, and there are plenty of other similar restaurants in the area, so I probably won’t be back...
Read moreWell, I really had hoped to like this place, but, did not. Ordered spring rolls and bulgogi rice to go. Took some time, but i relaxed and waited. Got home which is approx. 3 minutes away. the spring rolls were something that you would get from Sams or costco and bake in your oven. Nothing special, not horrible. Unsure what their idea of bulgogi is, but this is not what it is served at this place. My container had mashed down over cooked rice, that appeared to be left over from the previous day. it was not by any means fresh. The dish did have plenty of meat, however, nothing about this dish said bulgogi. The meat was not seasoned or marinated, and was plain slices of completely tasteless beef. Sorry but will not return and cannot recommend this place. Sad, as we live close by and had hoped for a good place to come...
