This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway restaurant. I placed an online order and came into the restaurant to pick it up. When I spoke to the person working (ben), he was incredibly rude and annoyed that I checked my sandwich before I left. When i discovered it was incorrect, I attempted to address it, and he became immediately hostile. I asked him if he had an attitude, and he told me he was frustrated with me because I requested he fix my sandwiches. I then requested a refund because I should not be treated badly and spend my money at an establishment that doesn't value my service, and he denied me a refund stating that "i already took the food". I did take the food from the counter to the table in front of the counter, but not outside the store. Seeing that he refused to refund me my money and keep the food, i asked him to remake the food. He refused again, stating that his manager would "really fire him for wasting food." I order from Subway quite often, and although I paid for double meat, I did not receive it. Also, the meat on my philly cheese steak was given to me cold, and my vegetables were soggy along with missing ingredients (I have photos). Ben then picked over my sandwich, heated the meat, and carelessly threw it back in my sandwich. I had to beg him to rewrap it because there was mustard all over the exterior of the sandwich. I asked for management and was advised that he was the only one there and "Justin" The manager would be there on Sunday. As previously mentioned, I feel greatly disrespected, and I am requesting contact from someone as I would like a refund or my order remade to Subways usual and expected standard. I have this incident recorded for...
Read moreWalked in with my 5 year old daughter and before we could get through the door we were being yelled at that my daughter couldn't come in without a facemask. I immediately questioned it because not one place else we have been to has required her to wear one because she is so young. The woman continued on and on in her rude, aggressive, unprofessional manner and so I chose to leave! Her name was Amanda. I made sure to ask before we left....
My daughter and I went to the next closest Subway and when we walked in they greeted us and didn't say the first word about my daughter not having a mask on....I even asked them if what "Amanda" told me was true and they said it wasn't....
I felt so upset about how we were treated that I wanted to call the store and speak to a Manager. Of course, Amanda answered and said she was the Manager. I asked for the Supervisor and she said she was the Supervisor. I asked for who was above her and she said no one is above her and she runs the store. It was unbelievable! I'm not sure how she has a job when she has absolutely zero customer service skills. It is ridiculous and this situation needs to be handled. My daughter is STILL asking why "that girl at Subway"...
Read moreLooking forward to the day google allows 0 stars. This establishment isn’t even worth the 1 star. After a horrible interaction with staff, I called to speak to a manger before running anything up the chain. I was greeted on the phone with “ Hello? Who is this?” After having to establish that I was, in fact, speaking to the correct store I was met with nothing but hostility and rudeness. The young “man” (boy) who answered the phone refused to provide his name but did provide me a store manager’s name of “Dustin” who will be available tomorrow. I can surely say that after today’s encounter I would rather eat at a 1 star gas station then to ever provide subway with a penny. Will I hurt their bottom line? No, but I can see why this chain is starting to fail. I highly encourage you to GO ANYWHERE other than this location. They will steal your money, provide cold food (when it was supposed to be a warm sandwich), then snicker and be utterly rude when you attempt to get the situation corrected. This kind of service is why people prefer automation over some snot nosed ungrateful child who demands a superb salary for...
