Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in High Point

Do NOT go here if you need pizza fast. They used to be slow but now they are super slow and rude. They do not have enough staff so there is never anyone working the front and so people just have to stand around waiting and hoping for pizza because it will be 12-20 minutes before anyone acknowledges the 10 people standing in the front waiting. I ordered on Halloween which I know is a crazy night and so I expected a wait. I did not expect an almost 2 hour wait to get burnt pizza and have to argue with the staff. We stopped in about 40 minutes after the order to see if it was done and they said 15 more minutes. After another hour and no update to my order on the app we went back. Stood at the front for over 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us (there were probably 15 people waiting in the lobby) when we were finally greeted we were told that they were waiting for us to come back, but our order was still not ready. We finally got our order after some arguing because they only had overcooked cheese bread and we told them to just give us that and let us be done, they forgot a pizza so had to quick pull one from some other order. We got home to find one super burnt/overcooked pizza and the cheese bread was perfectly fine. This location is so convenient for us but we have finally decided we have to use another pizza place since the service...

If you order something from this store and the item is out of stock, you won't get your money back for the missing product that you already paid for. This store ripped me off for $9 worth of soda on 10/5/24. I ordered a few 2-liter bottles of Pepsi, Starry, & Cherry Pepsi when I placed my order in their app, then when I went to pick up my order the guy working there said that the only 2-liter bottles they have is Mt. Dew. I don't want 3 bottles of Mt. Dew, so I asked for a refund on the beverages, but the employee (who said he's the manager) said he is unable to give me a refund. He said they can't do partial refunds, and if he gave a full refund on the order then he would have to ring up my food at a higher (non-promo) price. To add insult to injury, he kind of seemed to be amused by the situation, telling me that there's nothing he can do - it is what it is. Not going to give this location any more business if they can't/won't...

I definitely understand that they are short staffed, but they do not even acknowledge you are the counter, they just look at you and keep walking by, I stood at the counter for over 10 mins and all I wanted to do was buy a sauce, which would have took no time to check me out, but since no one greeted me or asked what I needed they wouldn’t have known how quick of a transaction it could have been. If you are so short staffed that you cant even ask a paying customer what they need, then maybe you should close down. I could have stole the sauce and they would have never known, I just don’t walk out especially after the manager looked at me several times and said nothing.
