McDonald's — Restaurant in High Point

They are very slow. They always pulling you up. When you ask for fresh most of the time the redo like your chicken they redrop it. They ice cream milkshake machine always down. One day got a ice coffeee it had a fly in it the person said well we only have 2 people what a excuse. The attitude some have. Never give you napkins drinking have soda/tea all on the side. Leaks from the ceiling. People don't realize us shopping helps them keep a job. But only come here because this side of town don't have much to choose from. One time they forgot they pulled me around the building. They ask to take your order soon as you give them your order they say hold on. Then have to repeat everything. During the pandemic I had alot of those free cards they wouldn't except them what a waste of gifts given to me an my children. They hate to see you use that app guess they feel people should pay full price or they don't know how to use the system. Only gave 1 star cause I had to give something. Also they have 2 lanes an always use one and cars be waiting. And attitude when you check your food. The line be crazy long because of them an that one window around the store. I could go on an on.Westchester McDonald's y'all need to do better. Talking about the codes not working as in we not taking codes right now. Yeah y'all ain't trying to work with those $.99 mcdoubles on sale. They need to shut it down. It's always something. Ice cream machine down redropping stuff when people ask for fresh. Pull you up forget they pulled you up. Nobody comes to speaker about 10 cars done went before they ask you. They always handing your drinking drink all over the cup lid no napkins. oh I could go on and on. Bring Wendy's back.

It's 24/7 seen people be inside working in night clothes pajamas bonnets.

Why no option...

My 2 daughters wanted something to eat at this McDonald's so I told them to send me their orders. When I got up to the cashier I asked her to give me receipts and I'm glad that I did. I was given my mango smoothie and my sprite. They told me to pull up to number one and wait for them to bring me my daughters food. I know I sat there like15 minutes or more waiting. The 1st time the lady came to bring me my food I ONLY had ONE order and and was missing 1 cheeseburger out that order. On my second order she did not have. So I asked her where was my other order and the other cheeseburger from my first order.  She acted like she did not know what I was talking about and what was going on so I explained to her and gave her both of my receipts and gave her the 1st order back to put one cheeseburger in there that was missing.  When she came back she had my orders and I asked her if she could change the mango smoothie because it was real watery because I've been sitting out here for 15 minutes and the sun was shining on it too.

When the lady came back she had another co-worker with her and she said that my manager said that the smoothie seemed to be OK But I told her smoothies are not supposed to be this watery and I've been sitting out here for 15 minutes. She said well I will see what my manager says...so they brought me another smoothie out so I went home and gave my daughters their food and my daughter came to me and said that she was still missing that 1 cheeseburger which I could have kicked myself in the butt for because I should have looked before I left.  Then she came and told me that the food didn't taste right. it tasted nasty. Then they charged 50 cents to put maynaisse on your sandwich and then they surcharge. This is ridiculous and...

Update....mcd management or owner must be reading reviews. I started coming back here over last few weeks for lunch....mainly because of app incentives. My last 3 visits have been pleasant, to my surprise. Cash register lady has been jovial, and food has been coming out from kitchen faster. The biggest change....the workers are asking if they can get you anything else for you...instead of just running off after they give you what you ordered. And, my food has not been overcooked or stale lately. Changing from a 1 star to a 5. Been very pleased lately.

Customer service terrible. They act like you are a bother to be there at this location. I asked if the chicken deluxe sandwich came with pickles. They said it would be 56 cent extra. Then, got my sandwich, and there was no tomato on it, the mayonase was slapped to one side of the sandwich, where some of the lettuce was sticking. The remainder of the shredded lettuce was in the box, where they slapped the 2 pieces together and did not care that the lettuce had fallen off. I asked for tomato, after realizing no tomato was on my sandwich. The cashier, timidly tells the manager that I said there was no tomato on my sandwich. Her facial expression showed she did not believe me, and said it it would ve right out. They handed me a very small container, with 1 slice of tomato that was the smallest slice I had ever seen. I did not say another word. I have been to this location several times, and all the other times, I keep telling myself that maybe it was just a bad day. But, now, I am beginning to think it is just bad at this location. The employees are terrible, unfriendly, and do not take pride in helping others in their job. I will not ever return to this...
