Placed an on-line order on my way to work got there was 1 customer in line my sandwich wasn't ready ok I was a few mins early no big deal. There was one guy making sandwiches ( not mine tho) two ladies in the back chit chatting. The line starts but get a Lil long so one lady comes out and jumps on to help. Still no one mentioned my order or acknowledges that I am standing there. So I wait until 10 mins after my order was scheduled to be ready to approach the lady. I asked about my order that was well over due she goes to look at the ticket and heads to start making it, then she turns to me and says we have to take care of the customers in the store before online orders. I told her when I came in there was only one customer so the order had been in earlier. She gets an attitude makes my wrap at a snails pace leaves off half the meat. Then puts it on the back counter to get a bag. I said can I just have my sandwich I am going to be late for work. She yells at me that she is trying to make sure I get my whole order. I was like it's just a sandwich and two cookies all of which you already have right there. She says there is a drink on here too but I was standing in front of the cups that's not going in a bag!! I said can I just get my sandwich cause you are making me late foe work and she slings the food at me. I ordered online and I usually donât have a problem with the drink portion when ordering online. So, today when picking up my order there is a bottle lemonade in my bag, when I initially selected the Hubert lemonade.Please donât try to minimize my intelligence by telling me there was a button to select a fountain tea there is not. The worker proceeds to give me a bottle of tea I wanted the fountain tea because initially I was supposed to get a cup anyway due to ordering the Hubertâs lemonade.    Read moreI've had 2 deliveries through door dash in the last couple weeks. Both those orders we're not what I ordered. They gave me a gross meatball sub with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives and oil and vinegar. When I ordered an Italian BMT. Then they left out 2 bags of chips. The second order was today. The right sub on the wrong bread and once again Subway, you left out 2 bags of chips. I was told to call the headquarters for a refund the first timeđŻ. And no one knew the number. What a coincidence. They don't even deserve one star but you have to so you can comment. I guess it's hard to make a sandwich when you can't read the ingredients. I will never waste my money or time...
