Hard to review the food when youāre not able to even receive your orderā¦
I donāt normally reach out to complain or post bad reviews but I felt this was definitely an incident that was worthy of just that.
This evening I ordered a pizza delivery online at 5:57 pm and the estimated wait time was 20 to 30 minutes. After seeing it still in the prep stage online for over 30 minutes, I called to check on its progress. The girl who answered the phone sounded not only flustered but inconvenienced by my call. There was loud yelling in the background and she just told me to āhold on a minute. Iām busy with a customerā¦ā I could hear everything going on in the background and after waiting patiently for a couple minutes I asked if first of all she was okay and then if sheād like to put me on hold since I could hear all the loud yelling and commotion in the background. She continued to sound annoyed with my phone call and let me sit there in silence for another minute with no response. One of the most bizarre customer service experiences Iāve ever had. She then proceeded to tell me that āthey have 6 orders in front of mine and they are short a driver so itās gonna be a whileā¦ā I said āI have young kids. Would it be easier if I cancel online or can she do it for me?ā I even went as far to say Iām trying to make it easier for her since I could tell she was having a bad night. She said itās canceled and hung up abruptly.
I would not be sending this if I was not completely disappointed with the lack of gratitude I was given⦠here I am as a customer, feeling like I was trying to make this employee satisfied. The most ridiculous customer service experience of all time. My family will not order at Dominos in High Ridge anymore. We have way too many pizza options to settle for that type of āserviceā. Iāve worked many retail service industry jobs in my life and so this was definitely a yikes š¬ My suggestion is to get your employees customer service training ASAP or you will lose a lot...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've ordered a build your own pasta bowl here several times and it constantly comes with meat, which I didn't ask for nor want on my pasta. I then have to call and ask for it to be replaced. They act like it's an imposition to correct my order. My order today I specifically added on directions to driver (the only place to type anything on the order) to please not add the chicken I didn't order like they always do anyway, it came with chicken on it. I don't think they actually read their orders since I don't put chicken in the ingredients for what I want in the build your own pasta. The time before last the manager stated he would put a 10 credit on my account but lied, he never did. This time, I was on hold for 30 mins waiting to talk to someone, when they disconnected my call. Then I called back and it disconnected my call again. Eventually I got ahold of the manager, he was absolutely unapologetic and because I expressed how frustrated I was, I was not screaming I was not cussing. I was talking a little loud but not screaming, he threatened to do absolutely nothing for me. Then insisted I send him a photo of my incorrect order. Then gave me the corporate number and said he would send the food out but when they messed up my order again to contact corporate not the restaurant, I tried to ask the hours of the corporate office and he hung up on me. An hour later (so almost THREE hours after placing my original order) I got my food and it was stone cold. Called corporate and got a VM, no reply from them as of yet. While I love their pizza, and usually the food is delicious, it's HOURS before I get the food order correct and it's such a hassle and I get so frustrated it's not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell i placed a dilvery order on 8/29/17 Well needless to say these high ridge drug addicts cant even make a pizza right and my bread bowl was supposed too be chicken carbonara and they sent chicken Alfredo i called that night after a 45 min wait on a Tuesday and got hung up on i called back on the 31 and was told they would have a manager call me back by a kid that sounded higher then the towel on south park then guess what no call back so i called today the 1st and spoke to Emily the supposed manager and was told that because the order was on the 29th they couldn't remake it if i could give this place negative 10 stars i would they do not value there customers at all and have zero respect for long time customers needless to say i will never eat there again i would have never had to deal with that at cicil whittakers they actually value there customers that spend there hard earned money i am a local business owner and i would never argue with a customer about a mistake i made the customer is always right i guess they dont teach there managers that at dominoes anyway the way Emily handled it was totally wrong and i feel like i was scamed and given what they felt like sending me sincerely walter...
