Beyond Juicery + Eatery — Restaurant in Highland Heights

First time coming here and got a custom salad. The food is good and the staff is nice but the salads could be improved.

I asked the staff some simple questions like how many free toppings do I get and the girl had no idea. Maybe she’s a new employee but that question is pretty standard and something even a new employee should know. Also, the dressing was just on one small corner when I opened it up at home and not having any of the toppings mixed or chopped is a big con when you have to sit and mix it all yourself. Toppings were pretty fresh and free avocado was a nice plus. Another plus is having a rewards app that gives you a free smoothie for your next visit and eventually free food/drinks if you come often.

I'm absolutely livid. This is the 3rd time I've placed an order for it not to be correct. The 1st time I give you a pass, the 2nd time I contact support and it takes nearly a month for a resolution, the 3rd time I reach out and the phone line is busy ALL DAY. If I order something I expect it to be right. How do you leave off 5 of the main ingredients of a bowl that you sell and charge $15.00 for?! If the ingredients(tomato, pickled onions, carrots, sesame seeds, herbs, and shiitake mushrooms) weren't available you should have called me or better yet when I walked in your store to pick it up I should have been notified right away! Smoothie was incredible. Service was horrendous. We waited for about 5 mins to even get greeted. The woman making the drinks didn't even say hi she just yelled for the cashier in the back, after seeing us stand and wait for a sold five minutes. There was only one person in there waiting for his order and I'm not sure how long he was there for or what he ordered but it wasn't done by the time we left. The girl making the smoothies didn't smile once was huffing and puffing and slamming cabinets while she was making drinks. Every time a new customer walked in she'd roll her eyes.
