*****UPDATE***** This location has made a complete 180° and is back on the path of excellence! The changes began a few months back, but, just as I had waited to give a bad review, I waited to make certain it wasn't a one or two-time thing. The food is once again prepared perfectly with a pleasing presentation. Onion rings are now thick and full, with a flakey, golden brown breading. The super big boys are once again worthy of their capes, with juicy patties bigger than the buns. It is truly wonderful to see this store back on the right track! ******END OF UPDATE******* This used to be a really good location, but their quality has taken a dive into the dumpster over the past 4 months. The presentation is nonexistent and the taste is, frankly, disgusting. The burgers used to be wonderfully juicy and flavorful, but now they are hard, often burnt, and never made correctly. I honestly don't think the fryer grease has been changed in the past 4 months, either. Where once there were flaky golden rings, now exists only greasy strands of burnt breading nearly nonexistent onions. I kept coming back, hoping it was just my bad luck, but after 4 months of the same sickening slop, I am forced to face the fact that my Frisch's is finally fubar.

Food was Luke warm at best, sat in window for at least 5 or more minutes before the waitress got it together. The sausage links were extremely salty and very tough like the sat all day and it was around 11:00 am when we ate. The smash burger was Luke warm and really dry. Fries were cold as usual. Waitress acted like it was no big deal. The gravy was cold as well. Really ad experience. The cook was climbing on the counter in the kitchen and didn't even lean it when he was done. Nasty. They really need better management and better quality of food and service.

We work in a nearby office that buys lunch for the staff every day. Frisch's is in our regular rotation and a favorite of all of us. Today, three of us ordered onion rings and literally took one bite and threw them away. Frisch's onion rings used to be some of the best anywhere. Unfortunately, it would appear that someone at the management/corporate level made the decision to change to some pre-processed, food service onion rings that are literally inedible. What a disappointment. We hope someone realizes the error of this change.

All 1 star as they've closed 😞 / updated to 5 stars due to location confusion (Alexandria location is still open)

Update and this is going to be unusual...to the reply from Frisch's... The ones in my market have closed. Your management closed them all down. / For those wondering about the Alexandria location... Please visit & enjoy your location. Keep them open!!

Back to Frisch's management... The review for the Alexandria location is technically incorrect as I've never been there, well... not for at least 2 decades or longer. It was only used as a point of contact to get me back to US 27 to avoid crossing the Brent Spence Bridge, and it asked for my review so I have an honest one based on the overall same management team lol

Since I have your attention, can you please ask them to reopen at least the most recent closure that's not in Louisville? For safety reasons, I don't want to list my actual location. We are getting a new shopping center across from where my location is. It's going to hopefully be a boost to the area. There are other restaurants coming in but not like you all. These shoppers will be bottlenecked in that area so it's possible sales would be better for you all now as that area continues to develop. You all served a specific niche and the new First Watch is overpriced.... way overpriced!!

I understand that COVID has screwed a number of businesses over and unfortunately you all came to review during a rough patch. I really hate that. I truly wish you could reconsider opening. Your building is still intact and in a great location. Water/sewage work has recently been done so that's a bonus, right? (I'm trying!!). My current city/county residents would love to have it reopened. Please!!!! 😊

P.s. there was a lady that worked for you all that was so kind to our local hotel kitty (and the staff too!) I want to give a shout-out to her. I cannot remember her name though. The kitty was Momo. If she's still with you, please tell her I adopted her and she lived a great life while with me but she sadly passed of cancer almost 1.5 hrs ago. She became an indoor kitty and never looked back. She loved being indoors, having fluffy blankets to cuddle in, and being loved on. You never would have guessed that as an outdoor kitty not fond of people. To your employee, thank you for being...

I live right down the street from this restaurant and frequently go there for dinner normally I get take out or go through the drive-thru just because home is so close I rather eat there. Sometimes since it is so close we have ate there a couple times a week usually on a regular basis. When I order a order for 3 people every single time and every single time we get the same meal. It is to the point to where the employees and manager is already aware of what we are going to order and in spite of that somehow they still continuously get the order's wrong. Not only that but I just realized that probably over 30 times or more they did not give us soft drinks with our orders. We always order combo meals and pay for the drink butt sense home is so close and we have drinks there I guess we really just never paid attention until we went inside to eat and order the same thing. Only this time when we received our food which was right I might add they gave us drinks. They work there they know drinks go with the combo meals as to why they Dayton a drinks to our meals is beyond me. However just recently after I had to call corporate office because the manager tall guy with glasses was literally in front of all of the customers inside eating walking around yelling and cussing you name it. I did not get ahold of anybody but left a very detailed unhappy message at corporate. This message was anonymous but just a couple weeks ago I had noticed there was a new manager and this gentleman goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. He actually ran after me out into the parking lot just because he forgot to give me grape jelly and napkins and forks with their breakfast platters. Seeing that type of hospitality after witnessing Frankenstein and his way of running things is like a breath of fresh air. I would have read it 5 stars but this has just changed so hopefully the good customer...

We just left this restaurant. It was literally the worst service we've ever had. It took 10 minutes for the server to come to our table. When she came she said what do you want to drink with an attitude from the start. So we ordered drinks, 3 breakfast bars, and one regular meal. Fast forward 10 minutes and she finally comes back with our drinks and silverware. Sets them down and walks away. I can't explain her rude demeanor in typing. 15 minutes later she walked out with my sons Cole slaw and sets it on 2 different tables before bringing it to him. As we were finishing up eating 30 minutes after placing our order my son still hadn't received his burger and fries and no dirty plates had been removed from our table to my husband went to look for the manager. Then all of a sudden my sons food appeared. The server asked why we weren't happy so she got really nasty denying putting the coke slaw on different tables to which the other table said was a lie. She then says don't worry, I'm sure the manager will take care of you. Like we didn't want to pay our bill. No we wanted a decent server. Our table was never cleared, check never came. Worst service ever! Then we went to the desk where the manager said I've taken care of your check. It seemed like they just wanted us out instead of dealing with her rudeness. I would have paid. I wanted her to be dealt with. It was...
